I am really impressed/worried about the power Tan has to get his own way. I am struggling to think how but I am wondering whether his next move is to do something that will make all us fans against the rebrand apologise in a similar way.

As long as we get a substantial settlement agreement I'm sure it's not out of the question

not sure.......but i dont think gardening leave would prevent him taking another job..you cant prevent someone from working..of course we would no longer pay him.....sacked is what was said at the time......and threatened in the email

He was given the reasons for dismissal, but Tan gave him the option to resign, or suffer the consequences of being sacked. He chose the latter. Easy to work out why he put greed before dignity and has shown it now by offering Tan the apology
I said it before and say it again when has anybody apologised for being sacked, especially football managers with their egos.

Exactly everyone know Tan interfered with football, and Malky still say Cornelius was a good signing.
