Being funded by UHW and the Council really rather than the supporters themselves but dont let that get in the way of a good story hey

No idea mate...I just went to a football match and had a day out? Nice ground, decent atmosphere, shame about the result. I don't even know what the UHW is?

Don't really know much about your own club then do you as only 20% of Swansea is owned by fans which isn't the majority

Huw Jenkins
Leigh dineen
Martin Morgan
David Morgan
Mel nurse (still involved)

You obviously don't understand what a fan run club is.

Do Swansea city supporters run Swansea city fc

Paulton came to Merthyr with a game plan and executed it perfectly. A very Malky like performance from them. Ryan Prosser made a big difference when he came on and nearly scored a couple of times. I don't know why Merthyr don't start him.

Can you not go for one minute without talking about Malky? It's as ridiculous as the people who constantly slate him!

It's called choosing to support another local club on a bank holiday Monday because we love grass roots football, which I have every right to after travelling to Sunderland and Newcastle in successive weekends, going to every away game and only missing one home game all season. But of course, fans like me are glory hunters.

Took the words out of my mouth. Why not just say a defensive performance? Just don't some people on here.

Paulton put men behind the ball, allowed Merthyr to have the ball, dealt with everything Merthyr threw at them, stayed an organised unit and ground out a result. If they were disorganised, open, vulnerable and a soft touch who wouldn't battle, fight and scrap with no guts, passion and spirit, I would say it was a very Ole like performance.

Stop praising Malky as if he's a god. He's gone so get over it. I bet he's well over us. Stop having a pop at Ole every chance you get. I'm 1000000% sure that Malky's team were gutless against Palace away, Southampton home among others.

Now stop turning this into a Malky thread and leave it there ffs.

I haven't turned this into a Malky thread, I was praising Paulton by saying I was impressed with their performance and their performance reminded me of some of our performances last season where we had the spirit and togetherness to grind out wins and keep clean sheets. Unfortunately, the usual clowns are too thick to grasp my point and choose to have a pop at me again. Unlucky Merthyr, well done Paulton, now stop trying to ruin the thread.

Great crowd, great little Club, just a shame the team did not show up on the day. Merthyr cant really complain about the result over all. The penalty did look dubious.
