The Bicester Village just outside Oxford (About 2-2.5hrs from Penarth) is well worth a visit.
I picked up 3 Ralph T's / polo for £70. Lacoste, they were selling all colours 2 polos for £60.
They had a lot of the Lacoste Live stuff there as well.

Down Swindon outlet now. Very decent little place.
Just bought a few polos. And a pair of timberlands £180, 50% off RRP.
Plus there's a 30% off voucher online. And everything is 10% down here today. Ended up getting them for £44. Happy days
