We lost 4-0 FFS can not believe I've just read that

I would recon with 11 men on the pitch and one goal behind we would be in striking distace yes. What would you prefer? Sit back and defend our 2-0 down, or go for it? Personal mistakes have brought this team down, simple fact all season and why the need for a rebuild.

It's always a person making a mistake that brings a team down :laughing5: , More mistakes are made when the team lack organisation and purpose or they are being asked to do a job that doesn't suit their skill-set by a manager and owner who aren't good enough.

That is true. I dont remember exactly, but i think we have lost like 6 games with type of mistakes like calas today. What organisation would you use to eliminate that?

Show me a goal from any side where a defensive mistake wasn't made :laughing5:

4 months isn't usually long enough but Ole signed half of a side in new players, our performances are so abject and naive, it' is clear that Ole is out of his depth.

I ask you or any other Ole/Tan appologists this..... Are you willing to waste a few championship seasons and possibly a club busting debt, for Ole to build a failure? If yes, then could you explain your reasoning..........

Too many Tan appologists on here, blindly worshipping the money of Tan

What are you on about? :? What organisation would you employ to eliminate mistakes like calas today?

Individual errors occur less in well organised, well managed sides. where players are asked to jobs they are good at ny a manger they believe in . Do you agree?

I did the first time! Still dosent answer why a balanced squad makes mistakes like that due to organisation. How do you explain going down two goals against wba in 9 minutes? Both goals the squad was well enough organised. Does that have to do with lack of skill or Ole being naive?

We didn't play like that under Malky before Tan intefered. results are Ole's fault. If one individual isn't performing then fair enough, but mistakes are spread throughout the side under Ole. Why defend his failure? Why do you want to build a future with Ole? I'm genuinely interested in the logic.

Im on a phone, so i wont write a page with my one finger on key. But its not down to ole. He hates 4-5-1, but he cant teach basics like pass and move at the end of the season. But he can get the players who can pre season. Just look at Daelhi and Eikrem when he gets game time  championship skilled players in the premiership, hench error on error.

Fair enough, i respect your view but i believe Ole should've adopted a system that does suit the players like most managers would have done. Maybe Tan demanded a strategy of all-out attack when negotiating Ole's contract. Personally i would not gamble on Ole for the future, he's been atrocious.
