Lets be honest! it doesnt matter what manager we have had this season... its the crap on and off the pitch that destroyed us this season.. We don't play like a top flight team, yes we have had the odd game where the team played a blinder but thats not good enough!! The players should know where his team mates will be next! but instead its all hit and miss or hit and hope! Maybe they shouldn't have a transfer budget, No point bringing in any stars if the rest of the team dont know what they are doing.. They stand around shell shocked while the opposition just walk on through.

I must take issue with that statement. He could buy a couple of Wilfried Bony's for that sort of money. :thumbright:

In some cases 4 months is enough, why do you rigidly apply that unwritten rule without question? It's clear that Ole was a gamble that failed.

Because it's another man's squad

That's part of management, Ole himself made enough signings, and planned a finish above Swansea. The man has failed by a margin so large that nobody can defend his management with credibility.
I still don't know why you rigidly apply a seemingly arbritrary 4 month rule? Where did you get this rule from?

Why do you think he can buy his way out of this? A good manager will use his recourses better, far better. I think he's a nice guy and i like his demeanour but Craig, just admit he's failed in the job.

With the benefit of hindsight, would you still appoint Ole?

Ole was or is not Tans man, he was Dehmets man who convinced Tan to take a punt on him. Dave Jones was Tans man, if Ole is to stay then we need to out atleast 90% of this squad.

Of course Ole is Tans man, Tan makes the final decisions and Tan owns the club. Delman has no real authority, another puppet on a string, a fact.

Yes he should be given a chance, we can't keep changing managers, however, he could do with a bit of more experience in his back room staff.

Never once has Ole come out publically and backed Tan over re-brand, Malky did. Malky was more of a puppet

Re: Annis just asked me

I can't take anyone serious who say that Ole was the wrong choice or they want him out yet are incapable of naming someone who could come to this mess of a club.

Yes Ole hasn't set the world alight but look at this squad he inherited, look at the lack of funds in January because of mismanagement in the summer. Our squad just isn't good enough yet people shove blame onto Ole all the time. Okay, he has tactically messed up in some games but today we had a man sent off for a stupid reason at HT when we are 1-0 down which effectively kills the game because they score from the penalty. How many teams come from 2-0 behind with 10 men?

I know people are upset and angry (I am too) but sacking Ole really isn't the way to go, what happens after 13 games (which is what I assume Annis will judge him off  and we are 16th (Championship) do we sack him then? We need stability and Ole deserves a pre-season at the very least.

   And there we have it, the most truest line spoken on this MB.

We had no resources before Ole came here, underperforming after what we spent in the summer

What Im saying is that Ole was not Tan's 1st choice, it was DJ. I/we was asked an opinion and I gave it, this is what led to believe, whether it is true or not is totally irrelevant.

Yes, without a doubt, hinsight only stated the above for me. I could make an arse of myself blaming Ole, but i wont before he built his own team and played his own tactics.

The rescources at his disposal. the same players that Malky used to compete with Top sides. Not to mention Ole himself signing half of a football team. Ofcourse managers need time but The man has failed so badly, with defeats so embarrassingly abject that i'm amazed anybody on here can defend him.

Well let's have a look.

After todays inept performance, no pace, no real attempt on goal couldn't string more than 2 passes together and a real lack of passion, some of our fans leaving early makes my answer rather difficult but I will try.

Firstly let's be honest Annis, you had been calling for Malky to be given time and numerous transfer windows to get his squad right and he was afforded many transfer windows and big budgets.

And look at what Ole inherited squad wise.

You have continued to shout that Malky would of kept us up and you are welcome to your opinion, however Malky's relationship with Tan was so soured he had to go (pity it wasn't sooner) if he had stayed until the end of the season without Tan's support we would imo still get relegated as Malky's squad did not have enough goals in it.

Now to your question.

Tan gives Ole his support in full, Ole will move out the dead wood in the summer and bring in his own new players, Tan needs us in the Premier League if he wants to get his money back.

Ole is Tan's man and Tan will not want to lose face or appear to be a failure in his ownership of Cardiff City.

So to answer your question Ole should be given time and transfer windows and a proper budget just like Malky was before we think of changing manager :bluescarf: :ole:

Tan has already lost face. His rebrand is a complete failure even though he had the platform of the premiership in order to gain maximum exposure. It was Tans ego that lead to him getting rid of Malky when the sensible thing would have been to back Malky and make the change at the end of the season. Many fans were in fact resigned to relegation once Malky was replaced. I have no doubt that if Malky had been backed till the end of the season then we would be higher up the table and most probably would have avoided the drop. Don't blame the team,Ole or Malky as it was Tan who destabilised us and that has ultimately cost us the valuable points needed to avoid relegation. To avoid making us any more of a laughing stock (if that's possible) then Tan has to now back Ole to the hilt and we might then have a realistic chance to get straight back up but it is not an easy feat and there is certainly no guarantee. I do expect to see a substantial increase in the dissatisfaction with Tan and now may be the ideal time for him to return us back to blue so we can all move forward together.
