since you asked.
1. Huge debts. - Fair enough - good you agree
2. Poor manager
Both Ole and Malky have/were poor, yes
This is about Tan not Mackay - Tan brought OGS - what a moronic decision - bring a noob into a EPL dogfight. If we are talking about Mackay - which this thread isnt about - he'll be employed by a big club as soon as the court case is finished and he'll succeed there.
Why did you mention Malky later on in the thread then?Yeah he'll get a big job in the Championship, not in the Premier League. He has done nothing to get him a big job in the Prem.
3. Unsettled staff throughout club
Proof? Well 4 now have been sacked and 1 player has been labeled as a leak. Sounds f*cking rosy.
And that is Tan's fault, right?
4. Going down
That is Ole and Malky's fault - no Mackay wouldnt have taken the club down. If he had been supported fully and unreservedly the club would be mid table. Their performances at the start of the season were good. It also isnt OGS fault - he is far too inexperienced and unprepared for EPL in management. Being a great start in Scandinvia doesnt mean shit - f**k after Cornelius you think Tan would have learnt.
How can you prove this? Every single season Malky has managed his sides always have a rough 2nd half to the season. I don't see how it would have been any different. He was supported fully by being handed 50m to spend in the summer and he blew it. Ole's fault for tinkering every game and Malky's fault for blowing our budget on average players.
5. If he walks away or stops financing then going bust.
Yet you want him walked out - yep hes a c**t of the highest order and should f**k off out of EPL. The damage is done but it wont stop. Hes a maniac.
6. Changed colours
Fair enough
7. Changed logo
We've had many different badges over the years - Er wasnt talking about precise badges - im not a historian but hasnt the club been the bluebirds since the 40s with no change until Tan decided to try and make the club the dragons - along with some bullshit about it being the Welsh emblem - the clubs Cardiff City FC not Welsh national FC.
The bluebird is still there which is all I care about
8. Wouldnt think twice about changing name.
He wouldn't be allowed to anyway, have you not been following Hull? - not my point - he would do it in a heartbeat.
But it wouldn't happen. So it is a void 'point'
As for the other points.
It takes time with transfers and support. So easy for fans to expect spend = instant returns but it doesn't - look away from cardiff and to Man City - they most likely will come 3rd this season. Have they played poorly - no - its just a difficult league and real progress is slow and takes time.
How much time? We have played 34 games and two (if you count OGS signings) have shown some promise. I don't know if you realise but we ARE A NEWLY PROMOTED CLUB we can't afford to wait months for our players to come good, they need to play well early on. Especially considering their price tags
Mackay would have been fine - it may well be that he over spent but Tan, as the buck stops guy, should have taken responsibility and put more stringent constraints in Jan and next season and ironed it out.
Yeah and then how would we have attracted any manager if we had no money to spend? He put constraints on the budget and handed OGS 6m to spend. In the position we were in money had to be spent in both windows. If nothing was spent then Tan would have been shot down for not giving any budget. So he is in a lose-lose situation
This whole situation is about the huge argument in October - its all spiralled since then.

Malky Mackay & Ian Moody both did fine jobs for the club; the transfers may well have all worked out fine but nearly every club has bought players of which not all have settled well. It seems both are being judged on Cornelius but he hardly played, injury affected his start into the league and at 20 - was always a player to develop for the future. To expect all to hit ground running is a pipe dream. -Before Tan started acting like a c**t, the performances looked like that of the strongest of the promoted teams and pundits felt safety would be achieved.
The down fall of Mackay & Moody centred not around the transfer budget but about the bonus structure. If you recall Tan vetoed that, the players then barred him from changing room and 6 weeks later both men were out of their jobs and the slide was in full swing from the highest placed promoted team to slowly sinking into the bottom 3 and having Palace a team that spent next to nothing leap frog us and nick our technical director or whatever job title Moody had - they nearly nicked our manager too but in the end got the best manager available leaving us with crazy Tan's logic to get OGS who has no experience of PL managerial and certainly not life at the bottom - totally different to Man U.
Tan in desperation then went to the dressing room to try and re-offer the bonus structure he'd previously vetoed - how ridiculous and only to be told that it was illegal.
All that got us from Man U was Zaha who ultimately is Palace through and through and every week he must chuckle that one of their rival are going down.
The most important though putting this all aside is that Tan is bankrupting the club and the foolish fans are letting him, their eyes hypnotized by all his shiny gold. If anyone thinks he wants to hang about in Championship then they'll be a big surprise and the debts are unsustainable even with a fairly decent average attendance (22k last yr)
It's too late now he has fucked the club but he should be marched out, the fans own the club, the history, the future and not this utter prick - power and strength in unison, get this utter nobjockey out of English football.
blame malky who overspent on utter gash
You are deluded.
December 25 - Hull 18 pts played 17 games/ Cardiff 17 pts played 17.
By that time Mackay had been completely underminded and the club was in turmoil - on top of this the bonus scadal of early October certainly cost 3 points against Newcastle.
17 pts in before Christmas with a crazy fool of a chairman interfering, sacking staff and undermining team spirit by withdrawing agreed bonuses is a very credible start.
As for the squad additions - 17 pts in a new league, the aim is to be outside the drop zone i.e. survive and Malkay was well on his way toward that.
I think if you ask any neutral they would have said at the start of December that Cardiff would have stayed up where as now its doom and gloom only i'm afraid. The guy has bust the club.
As for Cornelius - I bet you a fiver he makes it as a top flight football star.

wasnt what I said.
Moody is head of recruitment - if you let him run wild then im sure he will make mistakes but if he is within a well managed exectuive team then he performs.
At Crystal Palace the difference is manager and board.
My point which I'm sure all could agree is it would be preferable to have a manager like Pulis, experienced and proven than either Mackay or OGS and it would also be preferable to have a owner or group of owners who cared passionately about the club but also took the correct decision to run the club in the black in an economically sound manner.
As for the specifics for the Jan window - I do nto doub that the players were chosen by Pulis and the amounts dictated by the board but with those constraints, Moody was the lead negotiator and got all the deals done - that's his main job.
Anyway all i'm saying is that are we all in agreement that we'd prefer Pulis to OGS or Mackay and owners like the Crystal Palace fan rich owner guys than Vincent psycho Tan?

I cant be bothered with these huge quote and requote posts - Yes its Tan's fault he's the boss - he controls everything.
He doesn't control the tactics, training, scouting, transfers and choosing of the matchday squad.
Tan has taken the club bent it over and fucked it and in doing so treated it and every supporter like his bitch. Look at mei've got tons of cash and I want to play football club owner. How the f**k the fans have let him is beyond me, its a joke change of colour, change of logo absolutely mental.
Iain Moody walked straight into another job at the highest level and seemingly has delivered in spades; anyone remember Ledley - shit hot player, Dann has been one of the top centrebacks and the other dude who they bought ... well sort of they signed permanently Puncheon.
Which makes me wonder why couldn't he do it here, with a bigger budget?
Look ultimately in most clubs its a joint responsibility. Moody clearly shows that when in a good close knit infrastructure he performs. If he was responsible for over spending on the Cardiff transfers then one must analyse the differences.
1. Manager, 2. set up and owner.
now it seems 1. everyone here and most of the football world agree that Pulis is a better manger than Mackay and OGS. He really is the manager Tan should have moved heaven and earth to get - if he wasnt hell bent on tryign to avoid a pay out and getting Mackay to resign.
Another lose-lose situation for VT then. Palace was appointed days before we drew with United. We were doing OK at that point. He sacks MM in November for no apparent reason he faces an even bigger backlash than he originally got for sacking Mackay. We had no chance in getting Pulis.
2. Being tens of millions if not more in debt and owned by a son of a bitch who doesn't care less about the history and heritage of the club seems far worse than being owned by a group of wealthy fans and the club being in the black.
Okay we'll just have a quick whip round for 100m and buy him out
I think if we could all agree of that i.e. better manager and better owners than the current predicament. All on the same side all united..... agreed?

Tan's a muppet. There's a whole BBC report after the Swansea victory saying how Tan cant sack Mackay now but he still wanted to.
Anyway let's put this behind I dont want to argue with you Tan is a dick.
I think we should unite - surely we all agree that we need a good (Welsh) manager like Tony Pulis and a club owned by people like the Palace guys who are rich and love the club and that it would be better to run the club economically soundly i.e. in the black.
