' Some questions from a Palace fan '

I'd like to ask the Palace fan about the singing. Do you all attend choir practice, it's very clear and timed proper like.

It almost doesnt sound like a football crowd, more of a cheerleading troop.

That's the 'Ultras' stuff they model themselves on. That's what it's like out in Italy. They sing all the time, irrespective of what's going on in the game. Throw in, goal kick, offside, missed sitter, backpass, substitution, great goal, booking, handbags, magic sponge, always the same noise. Not my cup of tea, I must admit. Prefer it to ebb and flow a bit.

1.Who have been your stand out performers so far this season?
David Marshall has been easily our best player, Gary Medel is the one world class player we have, and Jordon Mutch has been surprisingly excellent.

2.Was Solskjaer the right choice of manager?
No, sadly. Tactically, he's probably the worst manager I've seen at any level of professional football - no exaggeration there. There is no doubt we would have more points in the league now if we still had Malky Mackay or appointed Tony Pulis instead.

3.How do you view the palace game, will it be a walk in the park or a tough game?
I think it will be a tight game and Palace will play for a point - and probably get one.

4.Who do you think is likely to get relegated at the end of the season?
18th West Brom
19th Fulham
20th Cardiff

5.Out of the current Palace squad, which player would you have, and why?
Mile Jedinak is my favourite Palace player by an absolute mile, could easily slot into a top half club in my opinion. He'd probably make Manchester United's squad at the moment looking at their current midfield! Yannick Bolasie and Jonny Williams another two I like.

6.Finally, what’s your score prediction for the game?

I know everyone's opinion differs but you can't have watched much football if you believe Ole is the worst tactician in professional football.

Just for a few reasons mate, team selection being one, his constant team tinkering and the fact that he's playing open expansive football when were fighting for our lives. He should have the sense to play boring football to keep a newly promoted team up and build and change style next year in my opinion.

Just for a few reasons mate, team selection being one, his constant team tinkering and the fact that he's playing open expansive football when were fighting for our lives. He should have the sense to play boring football to keep a newly promoted team up and build and change style next year in my opinion.

That doesn't make him a poor tactician. It makes him naive. He's already made changes to his team and it has got us some points so he obviously knows how to read a game and implement his thoughts to change the result.

He has a rotation policy so I am not surprised he changes his team a lot. Not that I agree with it but a lot of top managers have rotation policies but that doesn't make them poor tacticians.

In fairness to OGS, Tan as good as told him he'd be getting the immediate chop if he didnt play 'enterntaining football' - in fact, Malky's defensive and pragmatic approach was a large part of the reason he was alienated by the board.

If he's playing the wrong tactics then that makes him a poor tactician in my books, simple as that. The reason may be partly down to naivety but that doesn't change anything. Were going down under his tactics and he needs to wise up soon before its too late and start grinding out results.

1.Who have been your stand out performers so far this season?

Marshall by far, last season he was superb but this season he has been at a different level. His distribution a bit woeful but can't slate him for what he has done and how long. Mutch has been stand out in the outfield, got a really desire to go forward, score goals and create. The price we paid is justified with his contribution he has made.

2.Was Solskjaer the right choice of manager?

By a country mile. Under MM we was praying to get something from a game where with Ole he wants us to go forward, score goals and wants us to have a go where MM didn't do it often. Malky let some of our players drown in the development squad which was terrible treatment. He was bringing youngsters in but not letting them have a look in. John only got a look in due to Taylor being banned and the lack of strength at LB. Malky has no style to his play where as Ole does. Ole has a great personality and quite a character with an actual philosophy and ideas for the game. Malky had a great personality but when it came to choices and football it was like watching paint dry. He needs to time and inherited a squad that had players who were frightened of going across the opposition half in case they had a stroke.

3.How do you view the palace game, will it be a walk in the park or a tough game?

Tough game. Everyone know's Tony Pulis and what game he plays.. hard to break down and manages to get players to give their all and have great energy. A really good manager. It all depends on the line up, if we play 5 at the back and managed to get Fabio and John bursting forward and putting balls in. Won't be a walk in the park for neither.

4.Who do you think is likely to get relegated at the end of the season?

Fulham is the most likely, Sunderland, West Brom and us are the main in contention but still can pull something out of the bag.

If I had to choose one player it has to be Jason Puncheon, when he has a good game it's incredible what impact he can make on the pitch.

I would like to correct my prediction of 6-0 to 4-2 (1 own goal) as I took many hours to Simulate it on football manager. I chose the players for both sides including the subs off the bench. I even looked at the hourly weather forecast to take all things into account. I altered the performance levels on each individual player after studying their energy and performance levels and attributes the week before. And I took into account the 12th man.

I have calculated it as accurately as a rocket scientist.

Honestly, the fact that he's somehow managed to get a Premier League job doesn't take away from the fact that i've genuinely never seen someone make such horrendous tactical decisions.

Wrong team. Wrong tactics. Wrong manager - end of story.

How anyone can defend this clown is beyond me.
