We are now probably safe with 6 games to go, thats hardly a dogfight as many were trying to portray.
We could quite conceivably not gain another point and stay up.

If we win a a couple and Norwich get tumped by City or Liverpool then theres a chance we could catch them on goal difference also.

All the teams in the bottom part of the league are our competitors. What if Norwich had won yesterday? That would have deprived Swaaaaanzzeee of 3 vital points and brought them within our range, especially if we keep scoring goals as we did yesterday!!
It isn't just a case of not wanting sworn enemies to fail. It is a case of getting the best for us.
Truth is: Only a draw would have given us any benefit in long term. BUT: We had to win. A draw for us may have felt a bit of a relief. However, did it really do anything but reaffirm our need for defensive success.
I remain optimistic for the next 4 or 5 games. Win 3 and it will give us a chance, albeit at the mercy of other games out of our control.
The fact that Norwich have a horrific run-in will be irrelevant if we can't start winning against beatable clubs IMHO.
C'mon City!

I always care if the Jack Bastards win. I sometimes physically vomit when they win or even draw. Its like the sound of nails down a blackboard. It really grates on me.
Really? I hate the Jacks but I'm not obsessed with them like that
He's a wind up.
