I think in recent football its more relevent to todays game.
back in the 70s football was alien to todays standards.

I agree we could of had a statue of chris pike or jimmy scholar
but now with how football is today being in the premier league is by far our biggest legacy and achievement

I think managers would be better. Go for Malky. Get a statue that costs 8 million and get someone to look after it on 40k a week. That can then be the new biggest waste of money in our history.

how about a big statue of Craig Bellamy in the middle and then 2 smaller statues either side of Hugh Ferguson and Jimmy Scholar? We dont just have to settle for one statue. But as long as we are in agreement that Craigs statue is bigger ok?

As we all know Bellers is coming close to the end of his fantastic playing career. He has been a true Cardiff City player and served us well also playing a massive part in getting us promotion to the PL. My Question is ...If we had a Bronze statue made of him to commemorate hi wonderful service to Our Club , where would we place it and what pose would best depict the image of Bellamy from photos?

Toshack..would be my choice......not only did he really do the bussinesss for us.but went on to be a legend with Liverpool ,who at the time were the best side in this country

ive read lots Craig, he obviously impressed out there,and its always puzzled me also..these articles dont go hand in glove with his playing record.......he seems to have been very very good for only 5 years.....
had we not sold toshack when we did , we would have got promoted that very season..........Cardiff boy,,and played his best football here, Charles im afraid was here in the twighlight of his career.......so from a CCFC point of view........no comparison
