A new owner would love passion, just not the vitriolic (sometimes racist) abuse we have given the last two owners

Do they need to be rich? Lets say Tan put in 80 Mil by way of loans. Tan sells each share he has for 20p. Cardiff city still owe 80 Mil worth of loans to Tan so he recoups his money whether it's a rich investor or not.
