I know he's had an outstanding year but I can't see him leaving us. Medel, Caulker and Jones will leave. Medel and Caulker are premier league standard. I can't see anyone coming in for Noone either. I think we will have a great side in the championship, I just don't know if we're underestimating the opposition in the championship.

Still think someone may come in for Noone also but hope not.

Why bother commenting if you're not going to contribute anything relevant at all?

Look at our position, look at our form, look at our players and look at how many games we have. This thread is justified.

Although I really don't even think we'll need to worry about it, considering our fixtures + how we're starting to play... it's still an interesting topic of discussion.

Wouldn't be surprised to lose Marshall, Caulker, & Medel... Could also lose Mutch, Noone, and maybe even Bellamy depending on what he wants to do with his career. Would also probably lose a few who maybe a bit heavy on the wages (all really depends on Tan)

Could see OGS going back to Molde to pick up Orjan Nyland to replace Marshall.

But we'd have a fairly strong Championship team and like previously said it'd be easier to do it the first year back, if not it could easily get ugly. Would also be interesting to see if OGS' style changes for the league as well, or if he'd still be up for playing a very attack minded game. Although to be fair, I think his style probably wouldn't change much, just be altered with the players avaiable to him.

Exactly! Look at our position, look at our form, look at our players, look at how many games we got and who we play, and who our relegation rivals play

Yeah two wins since the start of the year is fantastic form.

Our players apart from a few are Championship standard.

We have 6 games, not a lot to change our fortunes, right? Considering out of the remaining 6 we have only beaten one of them this league season so I see nothing to suggest we will get wins against them this time around.

If we beat WBA I'll believe we can stay up. But that is a huge if considering we last picked up an away point back in December and last won an away game in September. Call me negative etc all you want but that is the reality right now.

Depressed players from january is not on the sheet. Fighting sprited ones from tottenham, fulham and everton games are.
Liverpool scored 16 times in their last 4 games, we scored 7 in our last 3. Have some faith will you mate? :ayatollah:

They should have been "fighting players" all season.

Scoring more lately but still conceding. 2 clean sheets since December isn't very good.

I've showed faith up until February where we had two hammering and the players showed a huge lack of effort. Getting behind your team and showing faith that they will magically improve and win us another 5 games, when they clearly don't give a shit when we lose derby games is a little tough.

As I said, beat WBA I will have optimism. The story of our season is our fans saying "we have 12 games left we'll sort it out" 6 weeks later - it is no better.
