The march isn't primiarily about Tan, It's about Cardiff fans giving a nod to each other and the football world about who WE are. And you say I'm not engaging my brain?

I think Tan would have even less time for those who accept an identity change at his whim. but that's just my opinion.

So your saying, it's to make you feel better about yourselves, for not doing anything about it 2 years ago, and to tell each other in a big kumbyahh type of a way, that everything will be ok. In all honestly I'm not here to discredit your beliefs and obvious strong feelings. I'm just not that bothered about the colour of the shirt. The club is the most important thing in all this. It still exists, it still represents the people of Cardiff, as the name is emblazoned all over the stadium. I turn up, give as little to Tan as possible, be that money or wasting of my time thinking about him, support the players to do their best, and go home. You may not like this, but sorry that's how it is. That is what I believe, is what being a football supporter is. Support the club in whatever colour or guise it may be representing itself. :ole:

As far as I am concerned Ive been trying to do things about it from day one, 12 organised meetings with fans and others with our club and worn BLUE to every game, sang BLUE songs at every game since day one, been on demonstrations etc. Promoted the BLUE everywhere I could. The prob was we never could get big numbers due to lies being spread by the Red leaders ' Red or Dead ' and threats to other fans.

Better late than never, just glad now more are standing up for our Identity  :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Whoopedy doo, wore blue to every game, sang blue songs   Be honest, Annis, you like all the rest of us reluctantly accepted the re-brand. In fact, you more than most were in a position to really effect things,as you own and control this message board, yet you did nothing. The fact is, that although, we all hate the red and dragon badge, the survival and progress of the club is and was the most important thing. It still is and the majority still see VT has our best option of even greater success, thats why there is still very little appetite for protests.

Never ever accepted it, the club has never ever got a penny of me other than my season ticket and yes I am glad I never walked away as if the group of fans I sit with had walked away and a few other groups around the ground had, then I honestly believe that stadium would be red now and there would be no turning back. Our seats would of been filled with red.

Control this Forum, Its BLUE and Always has been and I have argued/debated for the BLUE for nearly 2yrs a Fact
When u say control this Forum u mean act like Tan and not let fans like us have an opinion

You seem to have a very different interpretation of 'accepting' than I and I would suggest the majority of our supporters do then  Any supporter that carried on buying a season ticket and going to the games, were in acceptance of VTs terms, I would prefer to say reluctantly accepted them. The only people, who fall into the category of non acceptance, were those such as TLG, who walked away. For me, the ones who have actively accepted and indeed encouraged the re-brand are those that have happily bought Red merchandise and I would suggest that they are in a small minority, judgeing by how much Red is seen both home and away and is largely confined to kids and mums.

I Despise the Red and Despise Tan.
I respect TLG for what he did, but if say another few hundred of us had joined him, it would of made no differance at all and no one would of noticed at all. My protest was to stay and keep the BLUE alive
Look forward to seeing you marching on Saturday  :ayatollah:

If your honest with yourself, you didn't walk away like TLG, because you took a personal decsision that watching Cardiff in the Premiership was worth all the heart ache that the re-brand entailed and that's fine, thats what most of us decided to do. If a couple of thousand had walked away, it would have made no difference, but thats not the point because it's all a personal choice. TLG walked away, not because of it's effect on the club, but the simple fact that he felt that the club he had supported had been stripped of it's identity and was unrecognisable to him, so he had no connection and no loyalty to it.
I think that like some others, you are under the impression that we live in North Korea or some heavily censored state, it's hardly a protest going to games in Blue Annis  it's merely an expression or statement, nothing more, just like wearing casual gear
I won't be on the march on Saturday as I don't see the point, although I will be wearing my Blue & white scarf in Ninian 117, merely as a personal statement.

Ive already renewed next season for my 42nd consecutive season and it will prob be Championship football, if it was for the 4th Division or even below I would do the same.
TLG has before stopped going for about 10 years during the very dark days, but I will once again say I respect his beliefs this time in what he has done, but Ive done my protest my way, like he has his

As to the march, to me it brings pride/passion and belief that our fans wont let it die

As to wearing the BLUE in the ground exactly the same

Not convinced by the march but a 19.27 show of feeling minus any personal insults sounds like a great idea

If everyone put same effort into supporting team at this critical point as they do in the back to blue protest the Stadium would be rocking - really think this is the wrong moment for this protest. While i would like us to be in blue i will refuse to join in any songs in support of that this weekend because i think supporting team is more important at this time and singing pro blue songs is not supporting the team. When our fate in Premiership is decided is the time for protest in my opinion

You must have a bloody nasty mind on you. To bring racism into it is both inaccurate, childish, and bloody dangerous. I can only imagine you are a child. :ayatollah:

Was Tan playing the race card in that interview? Is he entering into a paranoid illness? Or does he have a point about the media? Personally i think he's getting jittery, the whole muted interview is yet another sign of paranoia from a billionaire who has misunderstood the democratic culture of Britain.
