Back to Blue and peaceful march has got very large (rumoured) numbers.
All supported groups and a fair amount of the worlds media.
Think that tells its own story.
The hidden message through this March is to Show Vinnie he does not have the backing of 90% of his fans like he thinks.
That he has handled a lot of this incorrectly.
And Cardiff City will always be blue.
I second Neil's Sentiments.
I want Cardiff to be Blue.
But not at the risk of Killing the Club.
In an ideal world we would have a blue team with a rich owner.
But it's not an ideal world.
We had the choice for Tan to walk, us to stay blue, but for us to fold.
Collectively we chose a secure future in return for Tan to change our kit to red.
We collectively still accept it as we support the very players that Tan has bought, so we accept his money but still want him out ?
Isn't that hypocritical ?
Sorry, but as much as I would love to see us return to blue, I will NOT renege on the deal that was agreed.
That makes us look really bad

Not at all. It shows that we are United, want the blue back but can do it in a civilised manner. The press will think we are great and it will be seen all around the world. Hopefully a prospective new owner will see this and think I'll have a bit of that passion.

I think thats what its about for most "to be seen" to be doing something knowing full well nothing will come of it so not to cause too many waves. Its clear you will not be going back to blue.
what is being united going to do? You will still be red.
Im not sure how much it has to do with getting the colours back as frustration how the season is going. If you were 7th then there would be no protest and the fact everyone seems too scared to upset Tan shows that there is far more importance held on the level of competition rather than your identity.
This guy has ripped your club apart and everyine is pussyfooting around.

No we're not, we're City! and you accuse Tan of re-branding the club!!!

Viable alternative.......now there is a can of worms, if you look around the football league its littered with clubs that were poorly run, amassed large debts mostly to their owner only for a VIABLE ALTERNATIVE to appear buy the club, agree to pay the previous owner what he is owed over a period of time only to fail with payments and sell on with now even more debt to the next VIABLE ALTERNATIVE.............
be careful what you wish for.........but there are so many that dont care what comes next.

Its strange how rival fans seem to be on this thread egging on the few hundred who are keen on continuing the protest at this moment in time.
The protesters lap up the attention of the media and claim it as " media support" when really its just media interest in trying to make Tan look like bad and show the Club and its supporters as lacking any unity. They focus on a few hundred and portray it as if a majority of fans are up in arms. Wheres the story in all fans pulling together to support the team and putting aside protests until an appropriate time!!
All a bit daft really. But also sad. We all would like to see City playing. In blue but realise that any protest should wait until our football fate (in terms of the Premiership relegation battle) is decided. The continual protesting cannot help our team and helps to destabilise and undermine the CLUB.

Pride in this club's true identity is far more important than premiership status to me.
I really think that after a really productive march the fans will be absolutely bonkers buzzing and get right behind the team.
Anyway, you're talking like you can't protest & then support the team? The two aren't mutually exclusive you know?

Lengee wrote:I agree that protesting and being a supporter are not mutually exclusive and weare allentitled to our views. But while giving your team your full support definitely is helpful, continually protesting and showing disunity and frictions is likely to harm the club. Eg IMO Its a bit like tying someones feet together and then trying your best to help them cross the road!
