So you now have advance warning of these meetings for the next year at least...If you have any questions you need raised please put them to your Trust, supporters club or Disabled supporters Association committee.

i don't want or expect minutes of the meeting straight away just an acknowledgment that they've finally had words with VT.

Nothing to worry about here, although Steve made an unusual tweet. It was a normal meeting, not a secret meeting that takes place now, every three or four months in the days before a club board meeting. This is something that the Chairman M Dalman wants to happen and its arranged through him with all heads of departments attending.

This is the second one and one fan group member will be asked to attend the Football club board meeting in person, starting Tomorrow and from now on.
The meeting minutes have to be agreed by those present before they are released, the last minutes are available from the first meeting on the CCST site.

Vincent Tan arrived in Cardiff late, just as the meeting finished, but wanted to say a few words and answer some questions but it was not a formal meeting with him.

Some facts rather than Steve Borley`s misleading and inaccurate Tweet. I can say with certainty that his comments are misleading and inaccurate because he wasn`t even at the meeting and I was.

1)There was a meeting at the club last Friday evening where fans were represented by elected board members of both CCSC and CCST as well as the disabled supporters group.

2)This was the second of a recently introduced (by Mehmet Dalman)series of meetings between fans` representatives and the club. The minutes of the previous meeting have been published on various websites and message boards. The minutes of this one will be published shortly as soon as all present have had chance to read and agree the drafts.

3) All groups present gave the views of the groups they represented in a full and frank exchange of views. This included everyone (including Vince and Tim)giving their frank opinions to Vincent Tan when he arrived at the meeting towards the end. No-one had known before the meeting that he was going to attend.

I hope this gives a better understanding of what actually happened rather than a rather strange version of events from someone who wasn`t even there.

Perhaps Steve would like to issue a retraction of what he said and confirm that he wasn`t present in the same way as he was so quick to issue his initial Tweet?
