Ole got more money than he needs, he's in Cardiff because he loves the challenge

If you hear the way Malky talks about cardiff as a place its fans and the people on sunday goals on sky then you can tell he very passionate yes, but why call the fella who got us promoated after 50+ years Milky? What a cock you are fella!

It's childish as f**k when people refer to him as that. Clearly they think we have the divine right to be in the Prem and aren't grateful for all Malky did for us

He spent a big budget to get promoted and spent a big budget to keep us up, he also handed out big wages and was referred to by the players as Milky, what's so annoying to you when it's the truth

His budget to get us promoted was 15 million. Peanuts for what he achieved as that would buy you a half decent player of Prem quality.Malky was passionate and I have no doubt Ole is as well.

Ole is a vastly wealthy man nukes, one of the richest ex footballers around due to fantastic investments during his playing days. I think he see's the challenge and potential in Cardiff rather than the £££££

I don't remember many a manager having the real passion for the game he does. You only have to listen to him speak about the game. It's from the heart and not media trained.

That maybe so in the sence he has to succeed for the sake of his future. But what I am saying it does not give him the right to lecture us on our history.

I dont think he really did lecture us did he? I certainly dont feel lectured.

I would think all managers are in it for the money, thats to be expected but I think he has more of a passion to succeed, I think he is very passionate about football. I havent enjoyed listening to interviews as much since Dave Jones.

and to be fair he sees us as a springboard for bigger jobs in Britain, im sure Man utd would be his end goal and why not hes young and talented but unfortunately got to learn his trade at the bottom end of table with much pressure, when we need points asap!

To be manager for Manu is his goal, that is for sure.
Hope he dont Get fed up with the minority of fans who makes all the negative moves, rebrand war, booing the owner etc
He may leave for another job, as he wanted a one year rolling contract in Cardiff.

no he just wants harmony, who doesnt.i like Ole,im not sure how good he is or will become but when you hear him speak its not the walking on egg shells making sure you dont say the wrong thing we are used to.......

he didnt mention history, let alone lecture, he asked fans to lay off Tan, wants harmony in the club.. how is that a bad thing?
our history is we won a league playing in red with a crap badge.......and played in the prem wearing the same, its part of Cardiff now just as the City crest was worn in 27 and the sam badge in 08...........Ole himself and Tan are parts of our history too im afraid..........Ole is a smart bloke who actually knows Tan better than any of us, he loves football, and understands tradition {has spoken with tan about it } he probably understands this situation better than most...........those doing the hate thing, dont just want blue, they want to be seen as beating him.............aint gonna happen
