Vincent Tan has made Cardiff City football club a household name throughout the football world. People may think he is mad, but you don't get to billionaire by being stupid. To him, there is no such thing as bad publicity, and the more we oppose it the more he enjoys it. He is a brilliant man who is playing up to his opponents to stir up even more publicity. He is playing you all for suckers and many people have fallen for it. :ole:

Is Tan not aloud to celebrate a crucial win with the team he owns, and show some unity and togetherness. Damn that man for showing some fight and belief. :ole:

One who remains very big mates with certain posters on this board!

Completely baffled by the accusation that Tan is to blame for the idiotic booing by the fans!

What about fight and belief when we're getting beat week in week out ? It's the first time the tw*t has been at a home game in weeks. The guy likes to try and take credit for when ever the players on the pitch do well. The reception Ole got was first class, had to join in on the act didn't he, well he was met with what he deserves.

We played well.

John made a few good runs but his use of the ball was very poor.

Medel did well but far to silly mistakes in the first half which could have cost us.

Mutch I thought was pretty poor.

Noone was top draw though and fabio looked a lot better.

Was Tan on the pitch for self adulation or just because he was so happy with the win that he wanted to be a part of it too? You can blame him for a lot of things but never for being uncommitted.
I get the feeling you guys are analysing this "Tan thing" way too much and are inventing things that aren't really there. Time to leave him to his own devices and get on with staying up.

No.your.wrong were.being wound up that day in court ,the hmrc were pushing for it and tg and tans money was guaranteed to the judge and that's fact ! Many posters were in court that day ,ask Steve Davies how close we came to being out of business

The hypothetical part was more referring to us as being a memory in the history books even when we were close to being wound up you can never rule out a last minute rescue at the eleventh hour as sometimes is the case. Also you do not know for sure that we would not have been resurrected as Cardiff City at a later date therefore it is hypothertical. I was also under the impression that it it was TGs money as he was here before Tan.

Because the players & Ole deserve the credit Craig. Plus its my personal belief that Tan might drive me one day to give up enjoying supporting a particular team. This is just me, I know other will stick by the club even with a permanent rebrand & name change

So who isnt crediting Ole and the players?

A few weeks ago he did an interview with the BBC

The relevant quote is Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan: " I came to your town, I saved your club, why do you want to do stupid things" - that's not really accrediting anything to anyone else is it?

Unfortunately after a quick look I cannot get the full transcript but the video version can be found here
