Roath magic. I read this forum a lot and in fairness you are right on the majority of things you talk about, but your attitude lets you down. Im not arrogant at all. Anyone can disagree with my opinions, thats fine and often encourage it. However the problem lies when people assume I am not listening to their opinion because my own is not swayed by theirs. That will always be the case im afraid until someone puts a counter argument in front of me more convincing than the one I have displayed - that rarely, if ever happens. Question is though is this a case of him getting match fitness or just him playing against the worst team in the prem?

QPR fans stated that he was not so solid first phase of his loan spell last season, but then they sacked the manager.. from then on he was getting better and better match by match and ended up very solid. Also, his brother at Man U was never very solid defensively in his early years. After quite a few years of first team football he improved very much in that area, suggesting his brother would do the same if given the opportunity. If he stays injury free I recon he would be a great signing, if he relapses to often to his main problem at ManU (injury proneness) , then I guess his overall performance will be a bit unstable.

He did play better on saturday there's no doubt about it and was probably his best game so far. He is a modern full back who would rather go forward than do the dirty work. No different to many including Taylor. He like his brother like to dive in when not needed 30 yards out with cover at the back giving away yellow cards or selling themselves and leaving the flank exposed. If he improves game by game i will be happy. Is he better than what we've got?suspect no but hope to be proven wrong.
