Whoever is telling him 90% are behind him needs their heads checked, why don't he do a well organised, legit survey to the fans and let us really have their say. The man is a clown, slowly but surely killing this club. People call his money investment, f**k me he's racking up more and more debt, where's the change to equity ?? Surely investing money is risking putting your own money in, whether your successful or not, his theory is loan them money and if it goes tits up they can owe it back to me. Enough is enough get rid of him otherwise this football club will be TOTALLY unrecognisable, it's already bad enough now.

I know there has been plenty of protests in the past but something needs to be done, if you don't agree with how this club is being run then lets pull together and make sure we are heard, it doesn't matter if your Anti blue/red surely nobody agrees with the way this idiot is behaving.

Bobby Woodruff's long throw wrote:I didn't see much wrong with it to be honest. You have to see and listen to the interview not read it,IMO.
I'm not going to defend Tan. I don't like the Red but as with many it's not a game changer for me, I see Tan as just the current owner, we have had good and bad owners throughout our history, Tan will be judged when he leaves, as he certainly will do one day. Cardiff City will continue and he will then be just another part of it's history. However it may have been gone now had he not intervened.
An opinion in an earlier post saying that 90% of the fans are not with him but only 10% are against him I think is very true. Most fans I believe just want to see City doing well. But would prefer us in blue
I think he and Lim did trust malky/Moody to spend the 35million budget responsibly because they were the "football experts" this he admitted was a mistake, that he wouldn't be making again. His intention to be more involved this summer I took to mean as regards the contracts and add ons which from what we all understand is what pissed him off with the 15 million overspend, and imo quite rightly.I cannot imagine/hope to God him being involved at all regarding the choice of players we will go for.
Tan is a little eccentric  but no where near as mad as the media like to portray. The media like to be the ones building people up to then knock them down, and they don't like someone doing it for them which is why they all came to the defence of Malky.Malky did ok for us, but with the money he was given he should have achieved a great deal more imo.A couple of his deals look very dubious to say the least. He did however get us up and and achieve a lot for this club, but again, he is now just a part of our history.
One day Red will also just be part of our history.

 best post i agree 100%

It's absolutely pathetic how half of you are manipulating Tan's words, and even more pathetic how you are making up your own statistics to suit your own opinions. To say "99% of away supporters" are blue is complete and utter rubbish.

After reading his interview with BBC, I can clearly see that he is not actually quoted as saying he has 90% of the supporter's backing, it is just bullet-pointed. Ever think that this could be a form of manipulation by the journalist? Because that's never happened before...

I also read, and this was actually quoted by Tan, that only 10% of the fans vocally-opposed him. If you look at the amount of people who turn up to the marches, he's probably been a bit generous, as I'm pretty sure 10% of fans haven't turned up to this. Also, there are only a handful of people after matches who stay behind to hold their little banners up in opposition to him. If you were to go off people singing the drivel that is the "We'll always be blue" chant, he'd probably be along the right lines.

This isn't to say that only 10% of people are opposed to the blue, it's to say only 10% of fans actively protest against it. The rest are willing to put up with it for the time being as there is no possible way it can last forever. Tan will sell one day, and when that day comes I'm sure the next owner will change us back to blue, as I'm sure we all want.

However, there are too many idiots out there that would rather see the club be reduced to dust, and that's worse than supporting the colour change. As I said, the colour will change back one day, but there will only be one Cardiff City FC. If any of you had even half a brain cell, you'd be able to recognise that we should be supporting the team, rather than just chanting "we'll always be blue" for 90 minutes. Do you honestly think that spurs the team on? I miss the times when the majority sang "Hey Jude" etc. There's been a 50 year-wait for Premier League status, so enjoy that aspect instead of getting caught up in a colour change, and pointing fingers at Tan for our lack of success on the pitch. As much as I'd rather be blue, I value the fact that we still have the club, rather than being liquidated in blue.

As the article says, the only debt we owe now is to Tan of approximately £80 million, which he is considering turning into equity. Why not grow up just for a few seconds and realise that a temporary colour change is a fair price to pay for the continuing stability of our club?

The vast majority of people actively supporting the pro-blue movement don't actually care that much about it - they're the same people who call those who haven't been supporting the club for longer than 25 years 'plastics', and are simply trying to prove themselves to be the 'best fan'.

Please kick up a fuss about a real issue - take an interest in politics and actively change something worthwhile, rather than the colour of a football team, and furthermore the life of that club.

27000 average crowd minus 3000 away fans is 24000............there has been no protest so far that has gone near 10% of 24000............and if truth be told many regular protesters dont attend games.. 5% is more accurate

Just because not every fucker turns up to protests it doesn't mean they are behind Tan though does it, some people are too damn right lazy. Instead of the clown making assumptions why don't he produce a proper survey so the fans can have their say. I am confident at least 30% would say they are unhappy with the way Tan is running the club and conducting himself, which if I'm correct he said himself anything more than 25% is when he will worry. I can't understand how fans can defend him, the guy has done nothing but ruin the Cardiff City as we know it.

Spot on. There has been no meaningful protest for all the rubbish spoken on here. When it comes down to it the vast majority are clearly accepting of the situation.

I have no interest in LibLabCon or any political party. I am not convinced of co2 emissions so can't become a green peace activist. I have no interest in becoming a revolutionary figure as I have conformed to the system I was born into, however much it is corrupt & unjust.

I do however, take an interest in Cardiff City F.C, and am of the opinion that rebranding is inherently wrong. I am a Cardiff City fan & I disagree that wanting to return to blue is scoring points on others to be a self-styled 'superfan.' I have only been to the CCS once & Ninian about 50 - 70 times. Furthermore, it is up to me how I spent my time.

you say you have attended only 1 game at the new ground..you qualify this by saying its up to you what you spend time and money on.........which is fair......and honest of you.
but do you really think people like yourself should be putting your weight behind a proTest against something that the vast majority of SUPPORTERS do not feel strongly enough to protest about...
its not about superfans..but it should be about those who are passionate enough to attend regular.
it seems quite a large number who are extremely vocal on this subject. dont go

There is one problem here ~ Tan owns the club he can do virtually what he likes,we may not like it but it's a fact.
If he goes it will be because he s sold it he can't just walk away,he s a business man and a good one he s not accustomed to losing .
One thing is the club is sellable now however let's be careful what we wish for.
