Trust me Craig there will always be a blood sucking lawyer willing to take this characters money. The thing is our friend here probably doesn't realise that he would have to pay VT legal costs because without legal grounds, and in my opinion there are none, any action would be frivulous.

And that's where the real costs would come because I fancy VT would have a bunch of mega expensive blood sucking lawyers on hand to deal with bollocks like this.

Frivolous court action aside, how the hell does it embarrass Tan? By having to go to court? He's a business man, he has probably been a 1000 times. It's not going to affect him one iota.

However say, I do know a good lawyer who will take your case. It'll never get to court buy he's happy to bill you up until it gets dismissed.

This would be a civil matter and I have never been a defendant in a civil matter however I have taken someone to a civil court and even through I won the case the defendant just made herself bankrupt which left me even more out of pocket.

The Civil laws in this country are an ass
