Those who March and demonstrate they wish to remain blue ?

Another question is that the case that in real life it's different ? .... I wouldn't know as obviously don't attend those real life situations , from what I have seen there are plenty wandering around in red and stacks of kids going around in red kits too, all professing to be Cardiff Supporters albeit only really started going , so is that the " real life " situation that the old blue fan has been watered Down totally and Tans rebranding plans and vision has become a real life success ?

Or is the Apathy of the former blue supporting fan formed by premiership delights ?

Every "group" of fan thinks they are right. Given a straight choice between blue or red i would be gobsmacked if anybody actually chose red.

Different people think different things. If the name changed I would be gone because to me, the clubs identity is in the name. To others its the colour we play in at home.

I worry that if Tan went we would be crippled, not just relegation (been through that a few times) but liquidation. Its a gamble im not willing to take. Others are willing to take it and thats up to them. We didnt exactly have queues of buyers when Tan came onboard and saved us from HMRC (there is no disputing that)

I wish there was a local businessman who would take charge because he loves the club, but they aren't interested.

People peddle the line "id rather be blue in league 2" but in my head the choice isnt that simple as I think league 2 wouldnt happen and we would be dissolved. People think different but there is no proof either way.

Steve, I believe, and have done for a while that Tan is the fall guy and taking the shit for a bigger fish who is pulling his strings.......time will tell.

Sometimes its a case of better the devil you know.

Let me put your mind at rest on something. Tan is not the fall guy , he's the very clever guy who will fully rebrand the former Cardiff city as many knew it , and float it on the Far East stock exchange as a red club in the premier league.

I think possibly going my your statement it's likely you will be walking away in the near future.

In fairness to you youve taken an anti rebrand stance for a long time on this forum, anti VT, anti Red etc etc, I still don't think that gives you the morale high ground over people who have had to self label
'reluctant reds'?

What can we label people like you?
'Pro blue, but happy to plough money into VT's pockets'

Again, probably unfair for me to say that but people like TLG would be completely justified calling you that.

I think so called 'pro blues' should be very happy that more fans are becoming disgruntled whatever the circumstances or timing.

I should be happy but when it's someone like 'TheHangedMan', someone who would constantly tell me to get over it and shoot down every single thing I said that was against Tan or the rebrand, it's quite annoying seeing them all of a sudden changing sides when we're coincidentally sitting in the relegation zone.

Craig, Many I have seen wearing Red that are old, I honestly had never seen them before. Ive spoken to a few including the old ladies in Red,who are lovely and funny ladies. The one has been a City fan for years, her friend was a Chelsea fan 2 years ago and wears the Chelsea badges and the rest of her covered in Red.

Most of these so called old City fans were fans who just read the pink football Echo.

As to Trouble there have been at least 17 different occasions when Reds have picked on BLUES, all have been noted by our club and police a Fact.

I also have suggested several times that Ole was planning for Championship football.
I'm not giving up. I would love to see Cardiff remain a Prem Lge club.
But it's not the league that defines the supporter is it?

There are also a fair amount of fans who just support the club.
Regardless of the colour.
Fans who want to see the club succeed, but not at the cost of having the club become something it is not,For instance Hull Tigers.
I know there are many different views on what's happened at Cardiff but for me it's all in the name.
I have always considered Cardiff City to be Blue, but I have seen them play in many different colours before.
But the Name is so much more important than anything else.

But these fans get classed as Tan Arse Lickers and Pro Reds because they won't march with BU or do not sign petitions or agree the the notion of a Pro Blue.

Re: It's such a shame......

A lot of fans bought the red because they wanted to see the prem, I get that but I could not do it myself.
I believe most reds are plastic and I cant believe anyone was bullied for wearing Blue, but not saying it didnt happen. Maybe its harder to pick on a bunch of hardcore lads wearing Blue I dont know

The only people who deserve slating are those who thrived on belittling the pro blue. Most reluctant reds just left it at that with some even admitting they sold out. They are the ones that will be welcomed back.

What I don't understand is why you have to be Pro Blue and Anti Red or Pro Red and Anti Blue. At the end of the day I am a Cardiff City supporter who will continue to support the Club never mind what Division we are in just like I have done for the past 40 years.

Has I have stated in many previous posts personally I hate the Red and choose to wear Blue but if people want to wear Red, Pink or Yellow then that is their personal choice and who am I or anyone else to criticise them?

Likewise if fans want to walk away that is their choice but personally I love the Club too much to do that myself and as far as I am concerned It is not about Premiership football but like any other fan of any other Club I want to see my club play at the highest level possible and against the best opposition. However even if we do get relegated and slip down the Divisions I will still be there along with thousands of others because that's what a true supporter does.

Yes we have our share of 'plastic' onlookers (Wouldn't call them supporters) who are only there for Premiership football and to watch the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United but that is no different to any other Club newly promoted to the Premiership.

With regards to Vincent Tan and his future plans who knows what he will do next but if he doesn't turn turn debt to equity then the future of our Club could be bleak personally I hope he sells our Club on to someone who loves our Club as much myself turns us back to Blue restoring our identity and passion back to the Club but following City is a roller coaster of a ride and every time there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel along comes an express train with the words DISASTER written across the front of it :o

Never a dull moment is there? :old:

No one likes daft statements and people messing with our kits, but they won't stop me having a good afternoon down the City whenever I want, and it's not all bad we are I'm the premier league and buying players we could have only dreamed of years ago.

Yes of course things have changed but life always will, just a case of making the most of it. Feck the politics it's a couple of pints and a game of football for me, I will be there next season no matter what :ayatollah:
