If we go down Id say 12k sts at most
Nah, with the prize freeze there will still be plenty of takers, but I think there will be a huge drop for the 2015/16 season.
Lets face facts, sales will be heavily influenced on what division we play in.
Another factor to consider is; what if we make an FA cup appearance in the FA cup this season? Thats something that Peter Ridsdale took full advantage of a few years ago, remember?? Buy a season ticket & guarantee an FA cup final ticket.

Not sure on that one Rick.
Ridsdale took full advantage of that opportunity and who can blame him but we didnt even have 10,000 season ticket holders at that time, City had never been to Wembley in our lifetime, and a season ticket the following season was available for £199 in the lower bob bank. A small price to pay to guarantee what we thought at that stage was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
This time we already have over 20,000 ST holders who will be entitled to tickets, weve been to Wembley for 2 major cup finals, a major cup semi final, and a play off final and a Ninian Stand ticket is £529. For someone who isnt already a ST holder I dont think the carrot is as appealing as it was 6 years ago.

Believe me, PR did say this, & promoted it when we got to the FA cup final in 2008; buy a season ticket for the 08/09 season, & guarantee a ticket for the cup final,,,,just like he said before our game v Hull City,,,turn up for this game & have first dibs on a semi final ticket, remember? It paid off to.

I know mate, I took advantage myself as I hadnt had a season ticket for a couple of years, was just going regular but not every game and then when he dangled that carrot I took it. Great piece of business by the Riddler.
What i was saying I was unsure about is wether it will be so appealing this time around for the factors I mentioned.

No longer enjoying it and at £550 next year that will put a nice little deposit down on my 2015 Holiday (2014 holiday already paid for), something I will enjoy far more than sharing a stadium with some of the most toxic, deluded fans in the country.
My passion for Cardiff City is slowly diminishing and although the rebrand hasnt helped, going to the football had started to become a chore rather than an enjoyment long before Tan started to f**k about with the club.
