We need defensive Full backs to counter the pace of Agbonlahor, Weimann and to some extent Benteke hence the inclusion of McNaughton and Taylor. Granted Taylor isn't everybody's cup of tea but he has experience and can give a lot defensively.
Cala ahead of Turner to bring some composure to the back 4 and help keep possession instead of hoofing if forward like he did agaisnt Swansea.
Daehli playing behind Campbell to provide movement in and around the box and the presence of Jordan Mutch in Central Midfield to help out Medel and make sure we don't get bullied in the middle of the park. I believe Mutch is our equivalent of Man City's Yaya Toure, able to burst forward and also solid defensively.

McNaughton, Caulker, Cala, John
Medel, Eikram
Noone/Zaha, Daehli, Bellamy/Zaha
Campbell
Fabio got roasted,
Turner scares the crap out of me,
Whitts is in poor form,
Kim gives the ball away too much, like near enough every time he has it.
Zaha needs to learn to do one trick and then do something with it, doing 3 tricks everytime gives the other team time to get 2 men on him and then he loses it. Bring him off the bench as an impact sub.
We are crying out for an attcking midfielder, Daehli fits that bill. I know Ole is looking after him but he's talented so get him in.

Back three of Caulker Cala and Medel ( who can move into mid if necessary)
Wings backs of French Kev and Fabio (drop off a full backs when Medel moves up)
Mutch as box to box mid.
Noone and Wilf as wide men.
Campbell just link up between mid and attack.
Jones the target man.
That would be a complete punt. Clearly not practiced in training. Could go horribly

Attacking 442, maybe a diamond if you push Medel back to CDM.
