7 points in reality though. There is no way you are going to make up a 22 goal difference deficit.

In reality it's six points goal difference at the moment doesn't mean anything. it's points at the moment

Cardiff thoroughly deserved to win in November, Swansea on Saturday.
Nothing will change my mind.
Or do the points get taken off us as our win wasn't as convincing?

If you want to go above us then 6 points isnt enough, be that now or the end of the season.

Pointless?![]()
It is nothing to do with being convincing, nobody is denying you won or complaining that you did. but you didnt "thoroughly deserve it". If we had scored that set piece and won 1-0 there could be no arguments either. It was a 50:50 game that went in your favour.
This game was a hammering from beginning to end. The stats show that, whether you think they are pointless or nor

How do the stats show that? Your 6 shots on target could have been in the last 5 mins, or include a few powder puff efforts from 40 yards. Of course I know they weren't but looking at numbers on a screen doesn't tell you the real story of any game. Try going one day, you may like it.
not much I can say to that, you just answered your own questiom. We both saw the game so knew they werent shots from 40 yards. The stats show how many chances were created.
First half was about right at 0.0 but we were poor second half and capitulated after the goal, not for the first time this season.
hmmm.. Probably agree with that, although the change of bring Hernandez on was when you capitulated as it exposed Medel, i dont think you capitulated as a result of the goal itself. That was always going to come once the change was made.
At least we beat you at our place, and thoroughly deserved it was too. It's ok you saying if you had scored, but the fact is you offered nothing that day and we outplayed and out thought and out fought you.
i dont think you thoroughly deserved it at all. We offered exactly the same as you, we both had 3 attempts on goal - one of yours went in. Thats not thoroughly deserving it or out playing us - thats just fanciful nonsense.

Although anyone thinking a one off match proves who is better is crazy. Didn't Reading beat Liverpool twice last year? Do you think you are better than Man City because you beat them?
The final league standings will prove who is the better team. But we didnt deserve to win yesterday and your desire saw you home. No arguments there.

So we edged it according to you just after it, but now we didn't?

for fucks sake chuckles dont be so pedantic!
there wasnt much in the game, our fight and determination on the day meant that we just edged it

Good job I never said that then.![]()
We deserved to win the first game, you deserved to win the second. 3 points each & we've beaten each other once. I'll happily take that in our first premiership season.

i didnt say you did say them. You were just being pedantic again. There was nothing in the first game but you deserved it on the basis that you tucked your chance away and we didnt. But it could have gone either way. My response was to someone saying you outplayed us and thoroughly deserved it.... Which was incorrect.
Totally calm - you seem to think I've taken this defeat badly, not at all a I've congratulated your club on their thoroughly deserved victory & just happen to disagree with you on several points. That's the beauty of opinions.
you have not made much sense since the final whistle which is not like you. You have been incredibly defensive and clinging on to small mercies no matter how ridiculous even saying im hypocritical for condoning a crime because other people had done it before![]()

Are you getting all pedantic again? Ive never complained about the first result im not entirely sure why you are making an issue of this. Have a bit of magnanimity in defeat and stop deflecting it.
But as I said - apart from that one set piece, there was nothing in it. The game was completely even and no side "thoroughly deserved" to win the match. You did win however and there are no complaints from me, it was a good set piece and we couldnt defend it.
But to say you outplayed us thoroughly deserved it is ridiculous

Mad Tan has given the Capital premier league football status though. Its only the red colour shirt that is in question.
I COULDN'T GIVE A FLYING FECK ABOUT PREMIER LEAGUE STATUS. A CLUB IS MORE THAN THE LEAGUE IT RESIDES IN.I WANT A CLUB WHERE THE FANS ARE NOT AT EACH OTHERS THROATS OVER EVERY ISSUE, I WANT A CLUB WHERE WE PLAY IN THE RIGHT COLOURS, I WANT A CLUB WHERE 100% OF OUR TRUE FANS FEEL HAPPY TO STAND IN THE STADIUM AND SING AND CHAT, I WANT A CLUB WHERE OUR OWNER IS A FAN OF THE CLUB AND HAS HIS HEART IN THE RIGHT PLACE.
MONEY, LEAGUE, ETC. ALL OF THAT CAN'T BUY YOU HAPPINESS. YOU'RE A FOOL IF YOU THINK IT CAN. DREAM ON.
Fans at each others throats, feel happy to stand in stadium sing and chat - Why and how is Tan responsible? Surely Tan is a fan of the club. He does own it.
