I think I would be happier with an older dude who has banged them in at most levels.
Rather than a young up and coming player.
Rickie Lambert is a good example. He's an older striker. On his way to the World Cup hopefully.

Tell you what 80% of the comments here are negative, he's got a goal every other game and on a free, what's the big issue??? 'prepping for the championship' what a bunch of meatballs

Ole tried to Get him over in january, but the spanish club denied, hei is their topscoring man and they are nr 3 from bottom.
32 should not be a problem when he gets results.

Absolutely! A goal every other game IS very, very good. Age shouldn't come into it, it's how good you are that matters and his stats stack up and make very good reading.
If we were to get relegated, I think he'd be a right handful in the Championship.. indeed, he'd score his fair share in the Premier too!
