The thing is, we have a bunch of lads rejuvenated by the sacking of Malky and who know are happy to play better passing football. The only problem we may have is Bellamy because of the fan issue and as long as channels that towards the Jacks as I suspect he will, then it will be fine.

They have cliques and a fractured dressing room to the extent they had to segregate them at meals. The Spanish players won't give a damn about Monk or Curtis and they probably only signed in the first place because of Laudrup. The fact is they will want to be following him out of the door in the summer.

I suspect Monk won't pick Chico and I suspect he'll go with his favourites to ensure that he gets 100%. If he does pick Chico then thats just a red card waiting to happen because not only will he have our players in his face and at him all game he will have Monk on his back from the sidelines all game. Chico doesn't come across as the type of bloke who will be happy taking orders from Monk as he's an egotistical prima donna.

I think the first 20 mins will be tough for us Saturday as no doubt there will be alot of chest pumping by Monk and Curtis before they come out but if we can keep hold of them and get into our game it will be a case of frustrating their fans similar to what Norwich did to us last Saturday and we all know what our fans were like don't we.

Curtis is a lovely bloke, but he won't be able to get anyone pumped up for a game, local derby or not.

This must be a golden chance for us to do the double over the jacks , they can't mock us now over sacking managers . I did have a wry smile
Someone on talk sport just said Malky for the job ,well he is out of work !!!

It seems people believe what they want to believe regarding the paper to suit which every party line they wish to toe.

According to reports on Planetswans, there was only one player who wanted Laudrup to stay and that was Hernandez. His departure will boost the squad who have been complaining about him for months.

The "clique" as it were is Hernandez, Canas, Vasquez and Chico, its a language thing, they barely speak english. Hardly a split in the side, probably no more than any other side in Britain. Not everyone gets on, ask Bellamy

Monk is a massive influence and character in the dressing room. All the squad (including the spaniards) respect him.

The segregation has been in place since the Roberto era, nothing new there. As for cliques, that's paper talk.

You're not wrong there mate.

The pro stats that came through recently were shocking and has been this way since the new fitness coach came in, this caused a lot of concern amongst the players.

How do you think Cardiff will feel entering a Jack arena, filled with so much passion from the management, to the players and especially from the fans because of Monk and Curt given the reigns. I applaud Martin, Huw and the board for such a gutsy move, but it had to happen. A passionateless manager is a waste of time in my humble opinion. ATB Reeco

It's nonsense though isn't it lol.

It may give them a boost for the game but a Derby, anything could happen anyway.

Yet another thread on here where it turns out the only accurate posts were made by jacks. You lot are a strange bunch of fantasists. Why is it you always let the truth get in the way of a good story.

Oh btw ogs really isn't the sharpest toolwhen it comes to management is he. Pretty clueless to be fair. Sure every team in the league would rather play ogs Cardiff than milkys Cardiff. even with your brazilian full back!!
