I was sat in Ninian by the away fans and didn't hear any of the booing or jeering myself and don't know why anyone would boo such a loyal player off the park.
What I did witness though was Bellamy shouting at a little kid in the stands to throw the ball back into play a lot faster, maybe he should take a look at himself before criticising every single fan that was in the stadium.
Where as I do not agree with the booing at all, I don't think that every supporter who was at the stadium should be tarred with the same brush as a small minority who were booing such a committed City player as Whitts.
Let's just get on with the rest of this season anyway I think we have more important things to worry about than a bit of booing and jeering, I was kinda thinking the relegation battle might be slightly more important! and hammering the Jacks on Saturday

Think it's a disgrace how our fans are turning like this, it's bad enough with the rebrand now it's a battle for the right to 'boo' our own players! of course every paying fan is entitled to 'boo' at their leisure, but what gets me is that how can these people really be 'supporters' if this is the way they want to express opinion than that's up to them, and in my book bellers got it spot on, they're 'f***ing wankers' bellers wasn't speaking about the supporters it was aimed at the select few who feel the need to express themselves by booing a legend like Whitts, Ole took him off it was clear to everyone he was having a bad day, no need for the 'boo' a true supporter would generate a 'He does what wants' chant in support to Whitts to let him know he had that from us no matter what! This scenario is testament to the absolute disgrace of fans that seem to be jumping on the premier league bandwagon, but let's beat the jacks, Whitts comes on and buries a free kick for the winner and it will all be forgotten quite quickly lol! P.s I don think this will happen but it would be funny because the fans booing Whitts would soon change their opinion, but will most likely say it's down to them for booing and giving him a kick up the arse because that's the type of people they are! F***ing wankers lol!

Thank you, finally a sensible post on the matter...
Craig Belllamy was as out of order as were the very small minority of frustrated fans who jeered Witts. (Football fans vocally moaning and groaning?.....that's not happened before has it?).
He should really worry more about his personal displays than pontificating nationally to massage his ego.
Additionally, anyone who thinks Bellamy and Witts are Cardiff "legends" have not watched them long enough or understand the hundred years history. Joe Dwyer, Don Murray, Fred Keenor, Brain Clark, now they are legends.

'Loud groans' were heard following that shot.

WTF are you trying to say loud groans are banned now. Man up FFS its football. You dont seem sure whether it was jeers or
loud groans. Which one is upsetting you?

I think bellamy has a right to slam our shocking support. although Wev always had some miserable bitter jeers coming from our stands in times of turmoil you would expect even more so now back the team, we are in the prem and even getting relagated wont be terrible thing. With so many championship players.
fans forget where we come from its disgusting.

Just because you pay your moneys worth it doesnt mean you have a right to boo and neg out players bring down other suppotters and players

:) What is a groan in the family stand is a jeer in the canton and ninian stands ! :)
I heard the Bellamy groans and guessed the rest.

Well fone Bam, I've had a guts full of this now and old Bighead too! I sit in the Sytner lounge in the Grandstand and had gone for a pee about 10 mins b4 halftime.

The lounge is indoors from the sradium and is deperated by doors. As I came out all I could hear was cheering loudly and when I opened the door to return to my seat I could just catch the name "Whittingham" so I thought he had scored but was told afterwards it was a substitution. I was delighted Whittingham was taken off but really excited to see what Zaha could do.

Whether people booed or jeered is their issue. I think it was a mixture by the majority of congratulating the manager for a common sense decision (which has been sadly lacking all season) and a natural desire to give the new boy a good reception on his debut. Where I was I heard no booing at all

Its wrong for Bellamy to put his oar in and bite off the hands that feed him. He should show more restraint, grow up and concentrate on playing football. He ain't God's gift you know!

Everything about the whole chain of events was wrong. Whittinghams performance and general lack of effort was wrong - the minority of fans that cheered / boo'd were wrong and Bellamy's f##k off you wan#### was perhaps the worst wrong of all. Who does the little tw*t think he is?

He was right, how people are disagreeing is quite embarrassing.

He needs to grow up and mind his own business. How dare he criticise the fans. He'd be working in a factory without us

For the supporters who jeered or boo'd, don't dish out what you can't take. Acting like their saints some.

He is an arse.
Every time a city player miss places a pass, he throws his arms in the air, sulks and moans.
He is almost as bad a passer as super Kevin.

Every time he picked up the ball Saturday he ran towards Noone. Thereby making it easier to defend.

He no doubt has the class but fails time and time again to show it.
Pick Witts instead of him and show him the bloody door in the summer.
Over paid an four problem over here instead of Liverpool.

Ever since the man city game our home support has been absolutely sh##. We are there to support the players not make them feel like crap, what we did to whitts was disgraceful everyone is entitled to a bad game or even a bad run of games but we should support him and help him through it. The past couple of home games the visiting fans have been questioning whether ccs is a library and i'm starting to think it is,
