All they have to do is credit me with the amount of the tickets and make them available online. It's not hard. Instead they are trying to make money off me when I have already bought a season ticket.
Basic customer service. It is like buying something off Amazon, sending it back and getting 50% back. I bought a season ticket in good faith, when they show none.
Wrong. In that instance you're talking about a product, not a service over a set period. Thats why they give you a 100% refund. A more sensible comparison is to compare it to Netflix or something - if you sign up for 1 month and then decide you don't want it they won't refund you at all until your 1 month contract is up.
At the end of the day Willy Plonka, you signed up to the terms and its your own fault.

Wrong. Netflix is a service. A season ticket is a discount on individual purchases of game tickets. I physically own the game tickets.
I'm not getting 100% discount off the club, no chance, so you can mince about claiming to be on the right side all you want, as you know the club won't budge. Jump to the winning side to prove a point![]()
That may be their stance, but it is wrong. The gypos can have my money.
