It's hilarious how people think we have missed out on Ledley. I remember the City fans giving him stick for a poor performance away to Barnsley and he was biting back at us. That's away to Barnsley, yet people think he could do a good job in the Premiership. Madness!

So just because he had a bad game at barnsley hes all of a sudden not prem material? What about the goal he scored against barnsley to send us in to the FA cup final? He doesn't deserve the stick he's getting on ere, He was great at Cardiff and its a good bit of business for palace, Celtic fans seem gutted he's gone anyway.

Not Premier League quality in my opinion. Palace are more than welcome to him as I don't think he would get in our midfield.

Any modern box to box player needs to know how to win the ball and play it and get forward like Mutch, Yaya, etc. Medel is a one trick pony - win the ball, pass it to the side. Ridiculous.

A defensive midfielder is supposed to do more than that. Lucas, Toure, etc. they all win the ball and they all help out forward. Medel doesn't. Its just sideways or backwards all the time or long punt up field. We'd have been better off with Mutch and Ledley in there. Fletcher was a ball winner at United but also got forward.

Medel is an anchor man. Its how he was at Sevilla and thats why we signed him.

I think as he wont be relied upon to create anymore he will flourish in his proper role.

Disagree the reason why medel is struggling is down to the rest of our midfield,whitts who supposed to be our play maker,when medel wins the ball and passes it off his job his then done,who he passes it to let's him down

Nonsensical opinion. One poor game at Barnsley doesn't make a bad player. You should know.
