and Cornelius cant even run properly and people say he will come good. Every time he plays its 'he's one for the future'. Our fan base is full of Malky brainwashed clones. Malky signed Odemwingie and barely played Cornelius himself because he realised what a balls up he made. The 'he's one for the future' line was a load of crap. Nobody spends £8m in their first Premier League season on a player for the future unless they're dropping acid like Tyson dropped other boxers.

Maybe we should sign some 16 year olds who just left Willows and Cantonian as well and put them in the first team. They might come good in about 5 years with Cornelius. You're clueless honestly. Cornelius is shit and Gestede is better and would be a better option off the bench if Jones or Campbell aren't available. Instead we've got Todd from Breaking Bad running around like a headless chicken.

Gestede was given the chance plenty of times after two years with us and overall he was shite.

Cornelius hasn't even played 90 minutes in the league yet. Once he's been with us for two years, then you can compare them both. He needs our support instead of people like you not even giving him a chance.

The reason Cornelius doesn't get a full 90 minutes is because he keeps getting dragged off half time when he starts for being shite and offering nothing.

I'm in agreement with a few in this thread that neither could or would cut it at top level. Rudy was shite, Cornelius lets face it, is the most expensive mistake in our clubs history.

I agree, but the price tag isn't his fault. I still believe he has a lot to offer and he's only 20.
