Maybe Ole's up Manchester tonight on a "spying" mission. Hopefully then he can thrash out a deal for Zaha.

I guess, considering Mata is a done deal for Man Utd, Zaha is a done deal for you! I think he might just keep you up in the Premier League this year.

Consider this; when Blackburn went down they had Chris Samba for most of the season. Chris Samba is one of the 50 best centrebacks to ever play in the EPL.

Ole is currently in talks with 2 players, but nothing is imminent, so if there are to be any signings actually confirmed, it will be either at the end of this week or beginning of next week.
Contrary to media reports there is no set amount of £25mill,
But Ole has been assured that if he identifieswants a player he , he will be fully backed by Tan.
Any idea what positions? One has to be a striker.
Surely OGS can identify a goal scorer he'd want..........he knows enough people who can guide him surely.
This is critical to our chances of staying up. Without one, then I cannot se us getting enough points.
City need to score at least 2 if not 3 to win a game as the defence will leak goals.

Former boss tips Manchester United star Wilfried Zaha to be huge Cardiff City success

Zaha is expected to complete a loan move to the Welsh capital this weekend, with Dougie Freedman expecting him to be a big hit
Wilfried Zaha has been backed to be a roaring success at Cardiff City... by the man who helped propel him to stardom with Crystal Palace.
Dougie Freedman, who ironically takes charge of Bolton against the Bluebirds tomorrow, was the Eagles’ chief as Zaha first took the Championship by storm.
And he is adamant the twice-capped England winger’s expected move to the Welsh capital can help him prove his Premier League class.
Freedman reckons Manchester United outcast Zaha will still be an Old Trafford sensation, arguing even Cristiano Ronaldo needed time to shine at Britain’s biggest club.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Bluebirds travel to the Reebok Stadium tomorrow to take on Freedman’s Trotters in the fourth round of the FA Cup, but the tie has been overshadowed by the excitement of Zaha’s impending arrival on loan.
Freedman reckons Zaha can hit the ground running with the Bluebirds, even though he has barely kicked a ball for David Moyes’ United following his £10m transfer from Palace.
“Wilfried was in the Palace team from a very young age, 16, and so he only understands first team football and Saturday afternoons,” said Freedman.
“If he goes to Cardiff, he’ll slip straight back into that routine. This is a first team player who’s comfortable in that environment.
“He’s not had the first team opportunities at Old Trafford he would like, but I still think it was the right move for him – you don’t ignore Manchester United rapping on your door.
“However, there’s no doubt he’ll be a success.
“It takes time to adapt – Cristiano Ronaldo was the same.
“This move to Cardiff is a great one for him, it will get him some Premier League football and he’ll be stronger for it.
“Wilfried has never been tested in this way; this last six months will be a massive test for him, but he’s a strong character and he’ll come through that.”
