We'll Leigh Dineen (one of your directors) has tweeted that there are "plenty if tickets left" for Brum & that you've sold 1,000.

Now, who to believe? :laughing6: :laughing6:

Their own director tweeted that they've only sold 1,000 and there are plenty left today... So the Jacks in this thread are talking total bollocks.

https://twitter.com/leighdineen - proof

Another example was 2 days ago he was saying Swansea sold 2000 for man u away twice in 7 days - when actually they only took 815 to one of them (no idea which one or what they took to the other).

Are you saying that a Swansea director is tweeting lies? Saying they've only sold 1,000 and that there's plenty left?

In fairness Albert. Annis did make a thread last week that you had sold 1400 tickets for Man City, and that the remaining 400 were going on general sale. No great shakes, in this weather I can't be arsed to go out of the house unless I'm going to work never mind travel a couple of hundred miles to watch a football match, but hey, those are the facts. :thumbright:

Correct, but then again Jon, our club took up the full allocation of 3000 to ensure as many fans who wanted to go could see the game. We failed to sell about 300 for a live Monday night game on Sky. Better that than taking up a 1500 or so allocation for Chelsea as you did, meaning hundreds of your fans missed out on seeing you play there don't you think? :thumbright:

Would that be the smaller allocation that allowed our fans to travel freely? Of course, you failed to mention the fact that had we taken more, there would have been far greater restrictions on travel... Maybe because it didn't suit your agenda? :laughing6:

Plenty of us went a few seasons ago to watch us play there anyway.

Chuckles is correct. It was either 3,000 with restrictions or 1,500 and no restrictions. Better to go there with less numbers and travel there freely. I didn't give a f**k about fans who didn't qualify for a ticket because I did myself. :D

In your opinion.. Not that it's one that counts. I'm sure many decent fans were able to take up that opportunity, unless you're making a crass generalisation?

Re: Jacks are "Propper Excited"

For Chelsea the Travel Group were given a choice. 3k on a bubble or 1500 with 'normal restrictions'. The universal consensus was to take a stand as after 20 years of being messed about we'd had enough. In the end tickets sold out in a day, we could easily have sold 1500 more and should we stay up will next time. Bear in mind we took 4000 to Fulham and asked for more.

I went to the cinema last night to see an excellent film starring my favourite actor.

I couldn't tell you how many others were there, how many other people bought tickets or how many bought tickets but didnt make it. It had no effect on the quality or outcome of the film and I enjoyed it immensely.
