The difference between them teams and ours is that they can afford to make a mistake or two on a player, because they have great players that can play in those positions. Yeah I agree that we needed to make better use of the money but its not all Acorns fault after all we still have the other forwards Malky signed at the club. How many of this lot could be regarded as success stories?

Campbell has done very well for his price tag
Mason is also a good player for the price.
Helguson done well IMO
Bellers has offered something different and made a difference
Gestede was the best we had
Malky shit buys - Also note the most expensive buys, around 15 mil in fees pissed up against the wall, including wages good knows how much has been burnt.

Maynard - injured just unlucky
Cornflake - utter garbage
Smith - didn't do much but was useful at times

If you believe the rumours Man City are looking to move him on.
Acorn and Fellaini have also been injured for large parts of the season, they are still regarded as flops

When jovetic has played which ain't much he has buried his chances, acorn otherwise cannot score against DVP teams full of kids.
