what I'm saying is since all seater the atmosphere is gone. You get a bit of singing which creates a bit of an atmosphere but it doesn't last for long,it then goes quiet for long periods. The best atmosphere and singing comes from the away supporters because they all stand.

I knew where you are coming from but all I'm saying is we have made more noise in that ground for other games, but today we let the team down.

A very stupid thing for Vince to say.

I've been in the Canton stand for the first time this season and they are by far the noisest supporters amongst us. You can feel the passion, frustration and disappointment amongst everyone there. Yesterday the frustration levels were very high and the last thing that stand needs is for a high profile supporter pointer the finger at them.

My advice to Vince is to keep the drum away from the Canton stand else he will find himself wearing it.

Sometimes the team need to lift the crowd and they did not yesterday ,they were nervous and that came over to the supporter's
would have thought we had been stuffed twice in the last week and not had a good win against newcastle
but saying that we are playing better away atm maybe the pressure is getting to the players aswell as the fans
we are starting to get into must win games and its showing on the players aswell as the supporters

now is the time to get behind the side like we did against man city when we went 1-0 down was outstanding that day
but its hard when things aint going well
need the leaders of the flock to get it going the rest will follow

Atmosphere in Champ was shit as well, when Ole goes and we replace him with Malky 2.0, it'll be even worse, so f*cking hope we don't get relegated, we've had some good atmosphere's this season, just didn't get behind the team today when they needed us most

All the proper fans who support the club have left, there were kids everywhere there today

What a stupid statement!
"All the proper fans" who the f**k are they then? And the fact that the proper fans have left! says it all, You couldn't make it up!

I agree with Daya

I have lived in a very passionate football country in South America....the Presidents over there pay the strongest 'barra brava' to liase with and if necessary, utilise them to put down any form of protest.

The good thing I suppose of South America in general is that there is not only 1 hardcore group or element to the fanbase. A rebrand would turn the streets the same colour as the rebranded shirts we wear.

That Dickhead Gwyn Davies is a thug and sell-out, hope the pieces of silver come back to haunt him

the canton end does not sit..........at the very least if your in the rear half of either 105 or 106 if your NOT singing..WTF Are you doing in there..............the answer is ,f*cking up the atmosphere. either contribute or move away from it and enjoy it from a distance.

they never win, as the other groups wouldn't allow such sacrilage of changing the crest and colour....can you imagine what would happen at Boca Juniors??

Even the paid barra bravas wouldn't support such an idea, they maybe gangsters but love the shirt they represent and would be embarrassed by rival groups

I dont really understand how you can make a comparison ok they may play in the right colour shirt but they hold their football associations to ransom, rob their football clubs blind and turn going to a football match arguably one of the more dangerous things you can do in South America.

I wouldnt rely on the barra bravas as an example on how to behave.

Completely agree with this. It was quiet because it was an awful performance. Nothing more. Sure, it's nothing on Ninian, but who really expects that?

Bollocks

Not bollocks at all, been to every home game and apart from man city home, we have never hardly heard the ninian stand apart from 1 block by the away fans, never heard the grange stand or grandstand - the truth hurts

Is Vince a mute? If not then why isn't he leading by example given he's been a fan for so long? He should know how to get it going with his vast vocal experience. It's easy to criticise others.
