Im not buying this at all. This is a standard buy back clause. The delay would be Man United confirming if they want him or not. Why would they enquire if they have a buy back option? And why would there be a delay if he doesnt want to go there, he would just say "no thanks" and then sign.... Makes no sense. If they wanted him, they would get him.
It seems every time you sign someone this stuff comes out about how you have beaten giants of world football to their signature - Cornelius and AC Milan wasnt it?

United do have a buy back clause. I posted this about a week ago. CG is not being dramatic as you suggest.
But I have no idea whether it is down to the will of the player or Manchester United on this one.

IF its a fact they have a buy back clause then they wouldnt need to enquire would they. Thats all im saying.
If they wanted him, they'd get him.

They've tried to get him and failed. The buy back clause wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on if the player wants to move to somewhere else. That's what has happened and we have a star in the making for buttons

Yep you said similar about Cornelius too![]()
I dont believe it im afriad. Makes no sense what so ever. There is a need to make everything seem ridiculously grand and everything is a major victory. OGS one of the greats, we beat AC Milan and Man United to players.... You are Cardiff City 1pt off the drop.
Im allowed to disagree arent I? Or are you still taking offence at that

Then I apologise. Someone on here tried to make out that you had beaten AC Milan for his signature though.

if we sign ince and he has a bad season I still think we'll recoup a lot of money for him cos he's an England u21. Cornelius was courted by every top club in this country as well as milan and dortmund, Man United were wanking over wanyama just 6 months ago, so please tell me where we a spending silly money?!
