For me on a personal note, being a huge motor sport fan, and in particular, a formula 1 fan, michael schumacher gave me so much pleasure when he was in his pomp, i admire everything about him, his ruthlessness to succeed, and never settle for second best attitude. His battles with damon hill, mika hakkinen, senna, mansell etc are some of the legendary heart in your mouth sporting moments.. He was the ultimate anti hero, the darth Vader of formula 1 Lol The way he took an absolute trolley of an f1 car and with his knowledge and driving skill, turned it into arguably the most dominant car in f1 history. I've never met the fella, but everytime i've seen an interview with him away from formuala 1, he comes across as an absolute gent, who has time for everyone, and don't mind having a laugh at his own expense. I do see where your coming from mind polo. People do go overboard. But i have to admit, he was a hero of mine growing up, and i was quite shocked at the news of his accident. He's just one of them people i admired growing up.. Even though he wasn't british Lol
