If bielsa comes in he will play a formation like this
Marshall
Medel - Turner - Caulker
Catharine - Gunnarson - John
Mutch/whitts
Noone - Cambell/corner - kimbo/bellers
They don't call him 'el loco' for nothing

Got to be honest before the end of last week I had never ever heard of biesla? Should i be getting excited at the prodpect of him becoming our next manager? So guardiolla apparently once said he's the best manager in world? If he is, and I'm not saying his is not, what fckin chance would we have a acquiring him? Surely the best manager in world would be in serious demand by Europes elite?
Obviously this guy has slipped past my football radar but I'm going to remain cautious about this Him. He may have managed Argentina, Chile and Bilbao which is quite impressive but you could argue the same for Sven who has a cv which boasts the likes of Roma, benfica, fiorentina, Lazio, England and Mexico! If he gets the job great, I'll back him all the way but let's not get carried away with the hype.

He is one of the most revered coaches in the world. End of. Sven hasn't do anything significant for ages... A couple of years ago Bilbao beat Man Utd Home and Away to knock them out of the Europa League...
Interesting piece on him here -

Suppose it'd be something different

How can you people not have heard of Bielsa, one of the best managers in the world?
No chance he'd come to us I don't think.

Plus out-classing Man United in the Europa league last year and getting Bilbao to the Europa league final. I would be surprised if many hadn't heard of him

What makes you believe you can attract a top class manager? if your honest with yourselves you know it will be some out of work guy who's prepared to lick Tans arse for a weekly wage, whoever takes the job knows he's making a laughing stock of himself among other managers.

Most of us in Cardiff are salaried, we receive our wages monthly!

I still think he'd go for a weekly wage,he may not last a month.

Bielsa would definitely change the style of play. His teams are all out attack oriented. If you look for quotes from former players, just about all of them say he is a football genius, even the ones who grew to dislike him. It seems like he has a strong personality so maybe that's what it takes to work for Tan. At the very least, it would make things interesting.
