This will go right to the wire and settle a day or two before court.

Could be interesting as Tan will want to prove that Malky was untrustworthy or acted against the interest of the club. Malky will argue his termination was legally unjust. If it goes to court, we may get to find out both sides of the story under oath.

I don't even think this is the argument, it's probably more to do with tan not releasing the agreed sum of money... I.e. Balls to you I'm not paying you after what you've released to the press :wave:

Agree with your conclusions but proving Mackay damaged the club financially or reputation-wise could be next to impossible.

So because of the Court case Malky can't seek further employment :? But why ? He was sacked. But did the dictaror sack him for so called miss conduct ?
Tan is one nasty dirty piece of work :(
