over 2 years we have spent way to much on players that dont start...............and now the clown gets another 4 million.......

The way the Puppet Master Vincent Tan has dealt with this whole business, has been nothing but a disgrace in the last 3 months, how he runs his own businesses, I will never know.
Malky had to go in the end as at Palace and Southampton home the pressures from behind the scenes were starting to show and were running through on to the pitch.
Behind the scenes will eventually come out/The Truth always does.![]()
Tan, the quicker you go, the better for our club in my opinion. " TAN OUT "![]()
Who is next? Well I hope he is not a puppet for Tan, watch out for Bellamy being part of the back room coaching staff.
SO WHO IN OUR CLUB WITH FOOTBALL KNOWLEDGE WILL HAVE CHOSEN OUR NEXT MANAGER ? Hmm
" GOOD LUCK MALKY MACKAY FOR THE FUTURE "![]()

Nothing against the man but £4million is a fair whack of cash out of the club's coffers.
My thoughts exactly, will he get £4 million and can walk straight into a new job???
It should only be on the basis of not taking a job and paying back a percentage if he does otherwise there is massive incentive in getting the sack ??? Maybe that's how it works ???

Have enjoyed some great days out under Malky - the 2:1 win at Fulham was a particular highlight. And having my son with me when we clinched promotion was a night I'll remember forever.
However, those highlights were few and far between in the whole of 2013, even our wins over Swansea & West Brom (great results) were tough watching.
I know we are not Barcelona, or even Everton or Newcastle, but I'd love to see us to have a go in some of our matches.
Yesterday was a tipping point for me.
Playing 2 clones up front was baffling - they make the same plays, the same runs, etc
And I'm getting tired of the Whittingham apologists on this board - he was hopeless on the left, missed a sitter, then gave the ball away that led to their first goal.
SO what did Malky do, move our most offensive (and lets face - we havent got that many) thinking player (Mutch) out to the wing, to accommodate Whittingham in the centre - where he continued to pussy about.
The one thing I hope any new manager who comes in does, gives every player a chance on their merit, not that of their reputation from 2 years ago - so the likes of Whittingham, Odemwingie, Gunnarson, etc will have to start from scratch and work their bollocks off to show they deserve their place.
The final disappointing thing from yesterday, was how long we waited to make subs - the game was lost after 25 mins, but still we waited till half time, then brought on a LB (ffs) and then Kim too late in the day to make any difference.
So, I thank you Malky, you truly were one of the best coaches we've had down the city (after Eddie May for me) but it was time for both of us to make our own ways in 2014 - hopefully we can both be successful, but if not, so be it. I'll still be there like the last 35 years.

Agreed m8, he seemed to stumble on Mutch/Gunnar & Kimbo - even without the wins at the tail end of last season - it looked a lot more fluid and offensive looking midfield.
I aint seen a lot of Cornelius to make the opinion on here that so many have already - but thats exactly it - we havent seen enough of him...... maybe now he gets a run and then we can all see if he's got what it takes.
