I agree - very dull thing to do, but he seems to be a real snake in the grass. I'd be surprised if the union leaked it, wouldn't be very professional. The union would seek to privately settle matters & not cause a member all of this furore by leaking it to media.

Having taken part inmeetings with Union heads in the past I can honestly say that in my opinion they don't give a f**k about leaking anything as long as it strengthens their case in the eyes of the public. Have you had any dealings with Union heads in the past Craig as I would be interested to know.

Well, without knowing the character and intention of the colleague you are wrong. If you gave somevital information to Dai H.unt, would you be responsible for the leak when it got out?

Craigs point still stands. However why is Craig objecting to transparency? Surely if somebody is being such a bully, abusing their power and privilidge at the cost of the clubs stability, shouldn't we know about it?

In fairness to Brownie his view on unions is actually quite close to the mark. Stuff does get leaked to strengthen images. However, as this case has a very significant chance of going to an ET, and having regularly sat as one of 3 ET judges the first question I would ask is how this email got to the press? Thus actually weakening the unions position.

Malky just on sky sports saying disappointed e.mail was leaked and because of the content he brought in LMA. In honesty Craig I think lim did it under tans orders. I don't think they expected Malky to be as strong as he has but then again Malky has the fans and the majority of the board on his side.
The fact tan seems to be claiming he never brought tan to the club doesn't wash with me. If he felt like that he should have ousted Malky in the summer and although the fans would have been up in arms as long as he brought in a big name replacement he probably would have got away with it.
All these antics are purely to get Malky to quit without having to pay him off but the reality is Malky now has a cast iron constructive dismissal case because of tan/lims behaviour.
