Another case of speaking out to the media before even talking to Malky. Surely picking up the phone would be the decent thing to do before making a club statement?
Wouldn't trust these slippery fuckers further than I could throw um. Another case of tan wanting everyone to be back to normal Boxing Day. Well vinie boy, it ain't gonna happen!

Why would you want to back a manager to get us relegated lol? I'd rather back a manager who keeps us in the premiership not relegates us ffs. I hope malky can do it thought but results on the pitch and time will tell

To be honest whilst the press and everybody is on our side I think that protest will be counter productive.
As far as everybody is concerned that protest yesterday was about Malky losing his job. Tan has been forced into a u turn for the time being but now it looks like we are turning it into a re brand protest.
We have the moral high ground at the moment so let the trust have their meeting with tan and they can discuss the rebrand and look at it from then.
I believe tan will admit he has taken poor advice about Malky but getting him to think about reversing the rebrand is a whole new ball game.
Let the trust have their meeting Boxing Day as we still have a game two days later to vent feelings

steve i believe fans hare being stupid in now turning protest to tan, he's changed his mind now lets just keep it to supporting malky, fans should concentrate on what they started out for, not on something that is counter productive in the extreme! :? and is doomed to fail! or at worst makes tan sack malky out of spite!

Malky is still in charge, so most have their wishes. We all want blue back and also our badge, but not at the expense of driving away the owner and jeopardizing the future of the club. Emotions will be running high, from all perspectives which could potentially lead to violence amongst supporters. Just look what happened 2 weeks ago in Palace

You say peaceful Annis, but with supporters telling VT to feck off back to Malaysia, then many supporters will not see it that way. Tempers and emotions will be running high and maybe for some, out of control. Supporters will be wearing Red and may be targetted, which has already happened which could lead to violence.

Steve, with all due respect that is a little selective. The tv pundits many EPL managers, fans from all over the country, politicians an broadcasters et al. have all said our tradition has been pillaged. Why not let Herr Tan know we think he is a despicable man? Outside of CCFC we still have the privilege of free speech do we not. Totally agree about the violence though.

Yes, remember it well and was proud to be on it, however, everyone was united, that it was time for Ridsdale to go, the golden ticket was the step too far. Ridsdale was just a paid employee, who could be sacked, the ramifications of losing VT would be collossol and possibly fatal and for a lot of supporters that is still imperative.

I agree with most of that but is it not a shame that all these pundits, press etc did not come out and support us at the time the rebrand was taking place eighteen months ago.
I just have a feeling people will be stopped from getting to the main entrance and hope it does not descend into chaos and violence.

We should keep the protests going.
We are in the right here and always have been........we are Cardiff City, the Bluebirds and should be playing in blue.
I'm not against Tan, as without him, we'd probably be extinct, but we arent his plaything. The rebrand is a complete farce and has been exposed as such.
Before anyone says that Tan might leave and we should be grateful for his money - he's not here for the love of the club. When the ground is expanded and we hopefully keep our Premiership status, he will rake in a fortune if he sells.
The sad thing about all this is if Tan had kept our identity and had more faith in Malky, he'd be the best owner we've ever had.

Clearly the message got through yesterday.
When something is working its probably a good idea to keep it going.
I think "MM, we want you to stay" and "We want to be blue" gets the message across in a way that can't be ignored.
"Tan out" is not so smart, we don't want him out, he needs to be pushed into a corner where he still has to spend money on us and we get what we want. In a year the club will be floated and there'll be new owners to deal with anyway.

Alex I think this U turn is just a farce . Nearer the truth would be that there will be no flotation if the club is unstable whether Vinnie agree's or not he has played a terrible game of brag and lost. We hold all of the cards now because we want him out and that really is 100% his fault.

No-one wants Tan out. Its just either him or whoever is advising him is seriously insane or just stupid.
Tan will make a fortune from us and we will benefit from him being here.
Its how the whole situation is managed.
If you had to give Tan a score for how to run a football club and make friends it would be 0/10 !!!
Unbelievable.
