No matter whether you agree with his reasons or not, Vincent Tan is totally wrong to slate and undermine the manager in such a public manner. He's totally stirred it up again, when a private conversation would have been much more professional.

Yes, Tan was more aggressive but Malky knew exactly what he was doing with his comments about Cornelius and the 3 players in January.

If Tan was as deeply upset as he says, he would have been much more professional in having a quiet word with Malky - or getting one of his henchmen to do so.

I agree. What Malky said was no more than any manager may say prior to a transfer window, particularly if asked by a journalist. Some people try to read too much into a situation. As if we don't already have enough drama down the City.

Surely it all depends if Malky was told about the contents of the statement before it was released, if he was then I see nothing wrong in hearing why there is no money available in January, it stops a lot of speculation and moaning. If he wasn't t then it should not have gone out till he had been told, simples. The truth is we just don't know, even those itk probably just get told what they want to hear, it's all hearsay, unless your actually involved you'll only ever hear one side of any story.

1) we get relegated because we lacked that little bit of magic that someone else snapped up in january, tan comes out ITS MALKY'S FAULT, I DID THE BEST I COULD.

2) malky keeps us up. becomes a bigger heroe than he already is, tan's ego gets a big boot, and he will then look to punish us in my opinion.

ask you're selfs this though, if he does get rid of malky or malky leaves. who can he possibly replace him with that would want to work for city under these conditions. no respectable manager would. and who ever it is, would they get funds.

Tan is wrong? It was Lim who came out with this supposed statement. He is only trying to pass the buck to VT by saying VT said this and that.
