Its not my big idea but I have already financially spent money on making sure that Tan does not destroy the name of our club. There is now some momentum to get Tan out and putting up banners would be a good start. I agree that this is a good way to start in order to get our feelings across. What I want to know is why dont you fully nail your colours to the mast and state your position. I know you are not shy and are very quick to be critical when it suits you. Over to you then?

My position is, i imagine, the same as the majority. Though i want us to play in Blue i realise that we cannot do anything about that.

Also, on this specific position regarding transfer budget (which seems to have been the 20 pence that woke you up!) i agree with Tans stance really, if he doesnt want to put any more money in currently after all the cash he has put in who are we to argue otherwise.

If you want to make banners or protest at the ground then fine, Your not going to worry someone 10,000 miles away who is in the country once every month or so.

I'm sure Tan is well aware of the fact that he is not liked by some supporters, and I doubt very much that he will be losing any sleep over it. We on this forum feel strongly enough to make the effort to enter these threads and make our feelings known, but there are a few facts that we need to face. We are few in numbers, and there are thousands of City fans who are not bothered who owns or manages the club. Owners and managers come and go, and in all probability Tan & Malky will be gone in a few years, and we will be playing in blue again. Until then, people will continue to watch the matches, just as they always have done. Also need to remember that most of the population of S. Wales and even Cardiff itself for that matter, couldn't really care less about Cardiff City. It is only a small proportion of the population that follow the club closely, and as seen in the BU marches, the numbers who feel strongly enough to demonstrate against the red shirts(and against Tan) are fairly insignificant. I'm afraid that banners being waved around will not exactly have Tan racing back to Malaya in a cold sweat.

We will have to disagree then. Its funny how I have been made numerous offers to sell but I have managed so far to resist. If these domains were of little signifigance then why the commercial interest? All the current premiership .co.uk domain names are owned by the football league. If a club were to change its name then it would need a domain name to thrive online. Between myself and several others we own all the domains for anything to do with Cardiff Dragons or Cardiff City dragons thus preventing Tan from pursuing a name change.
