I answered your question.

That is irrelevant to the current topic,so many things happen in the heat of battle so you can never assume what someone is thinking.

That is avoiding the question, You have not stated if YOU think he deserved it or not?

If he spat on him, no.

The guy was provoked and he lost it. He can't be blamed for that.

What's difficult to understand.
It is not avoiding the question.
I have said "so many things happen in the heat of battle so you can never assume what someone is thinking. "
If you don't understand the answer then fair enough, but I have answered it. It is irrelevant to the current topic,as I have also stated as well.

Idiot? Have to insult now do you again top top bloke that's why your a bus driver.

The fact you wouldn't answer the question about the solider and you said
''accepting the consequence of your actions is what being a responsible person is all about."

I wonder if you said that to the family of his after his actions what they would say to you.

I think it's terrible that you think he should accept a life sentence because he killed his enemy

I've got my view of you, you have one of me but they are out views only and mean fack all.

Your words there... Not mine!!!

I won't make an assumption of what took place.

Because as I have previously said several times "in the Heat of Battle etc etc"

You didn't understand that...

And the man who in this thread labelled me "the reason why this country is going to the shit"
Can't really take a high ground stance at being called an idiot

I actually said people like you and I stand by that, people who stand by and do nothing, lets report them to the police who in turn will do fk all about it because there bent as f*ck and useless but I won't even get started on them.

Your the one who believes that because a solider killed his enemy he should deal with his consequences.

''accepting the consequence of your actions is what being a responsible person is all about." is that not what you said and now you say only in this case? talk about double standards. :happy1:

Re: Did the Bus Driver use excessive force?

Again, you should stop making assumptions of people you know f**k all about....

How would you feel if I said "I am only a bus driver because I got my license in the army and when I was discharged after serving 3 tours of Afghanistan it was the only work available?"

How would that make you feel?

Would I still be sitting back and doing f**k all?

Is that how I got Into the bus industry? No it was not.

Either way, Stop making assumptions on people you tool.

Law? what law this country is run like dictators just like tan and it's people like you who let it happen.

lets vote for a bunch of wankers who couldn't really give a shit what goes on in this country.

If I seen someone spit at a bus driver I'd have got involved it's called citizens arrest maybe they don't teach you bus drivers about that, If he then spat in my face I'd have give the tw@t a slap.

I got twatted in school for being a cheeky little sh*t, did I report the teacher no because I knew I was in the wrong.

Did I ever play up for him again, no did I f*ck I didn't want another clip.

The point I am trying to make here is if I had reported him he would have got dismissed but did he really deserve it?

Not at all, Did this bus driver REALLY deserve to lose his job and lively hood did he heck. People need to start using more common sense and when I mean people I mean police, judges, MP's if you can stand there and say this country isn't gone to pot then that's your view but for me it's shocking the MP's are all bent, the police force is bent.

There needs to be a revolution and one will happen sooner or later.

Yes he did.
He is trained to deal with these situations and he did not deal with it (well he did but not correctly).

He assaulted a member of the public end of argument.
Did the member of the public deserve a whopping ? Your damn right he did.

But it does not make it right.

I had a young woman get racially abused whilst holding her baby on my bus a few weeks back. I comforted her contacted the police and my superiors.

Would you have done anything different? Perhaps beat the shit out of the racist tw*t Infront of the other women and children on boards perhaps?

And you my kind sir are everything that is wrong with society, he did not deserve to get sacked at all. He give someone a slap so what? Police batter people with batons very large numbers of innocents infact do they lose jobs?

Hey a copper killed a guy in a protest last year by pushing him over did get sent down for it?

Course he didn't!

There is no faith in the justice system and no respect at all, people bang on about youngsters being disrespectful and it's truth, why should they respect a country which has no respect for its citizens and continually take the piss by letting police and MPs get away with shit yet mr job public gets screwed over and over.

If I seen someone getting racially abused I would have interviened not physically but I would have said something.

Did the police or your superior catch the culprit? Course they didn't will he racially abuse again most certainly.

IF every instance he did this someone stepped up to the bully would he eventually stop maybe not but there is certainly a higher chance than the police finding him.

All the issues with society..
Parts of Youth uncrontrolable ,causing havoc and showing no respect for anyone including themselves.
Kids with Low Self Esteem because they feel they do not fit in the picture that Hollywood and the celebrities paint.
Our Leaders bicker and war monger, chasing more wealth and send out troops to die based on lies and dishonesty.
Whilst the rich make themselves richer and the poor continue the struggle minute by minute.

My fault.... :laughing5:

Sorry about that eh!!!!
