So, yet again Malky proves to us all why he's the right man for the job.

We take a hard fought draw, a poor loss, and come back with a win at home.

My only criticism, Odemwingie should've come off a LOT earlier than he did. (IMO)

But another 3 points, up to 14th again, and the masses are happier.

I was critical of Malky's tactics against Palace, not so much Stoke, but away to Palace where, for us, a draw should have been an absolute minimum, shows he still has a lot to learn.

But at the end of the day, whether you want him here or not, he is still our first team manager, he's in charge, he makes the calls, and he picks the team.

Get behind him and his squad, and show him some support!
If he goes, that's Tan's choice, not ours. That's why we should give him all our backing.

Anybody who thinks we have been playing well recently knows feck all about football. You win games by scoring goals and we went almost 500 minutes without scoring a goal because in my opinion we have been far too negative and that's down to the manager. Looks like he took on board the criticism because his team selection, team formation and the overall way we played yesterday was far more positive resulting in a goal and victory. More of the same Malky, let's play without fear - let the shackles off :ayatollah:

I'd like to see the shackles released a bit more often during games, more than once yesterday we had the chance to break and give our strikers the ball they crave, but we held up, slowed it down and passed it sideways or backwards. I'm not having a pop, I just think we could make more of our opportunities especially at home.
