Holloway is available and he likes to play constructive football, I mean look at the style of play he adopted with Blackpool in their first season in the Premiership. Remind me, what happened to Blackpool again?

so the only way to stay up is to play dull, negative footbal and hope to pinch a goal from a set piece?

or, how about, after spending 35 million we have some players who can create chances and get goals AND have players with the defensive capabilities to keep us in the divison

well said. give me holloway anytime before this boring shite.. me personally, id love to see hoddle down there, or at least someone with a similar football philosophy

No I'm not saying we have to play dull football to survive, granted we haven't been the most exciting team to watch under Malky, but we make ourselves difficult to play against. Maybe we weren't difficult to play against Palace but we have shown that we can play attacking football this season. I personally think playing a 4-4-2 for the rest of the season would see us get relegated. Personally I would stick with the 4-5-1 but drop Cowie for Noone, and possibly Campbell for Cornelius when he is 100% fit. I think he will hold the ball up better than Campbell and bring people into play, which so far Campbell hasn't done. Seeing as Turner is insistent on playing hoofball, I think it would suit Cornelius better than Campbell atm, because lets face it, the majority of long balls go over his head.

   Holloway and Hoddle? You have got to be kidding. If either of those clowns took over we would be certain to get relegated. Kinda sums up how fickle and clueless some of our fans can be at times

Who would I appoint? Dunno, not my job...i would have to interview people first and ask them if they know that players need to pass along the floor and do they think hitting the ball 60yrds in the air to a 5"10 striker makes effective football.

Answer those 2 correctly and you're an improvement already
