Problem is that Tan is interferring on the pitch when he has no business doing so by sacking backroom staff and telling Malky what tactics he should be adopting. These are signs of a control freak who is overstepping the mark.I have already underestimated Tan over the rebrand as I see no evidence of his red dream being anything other than a failure.
