I dont think he is a United manager, I think they should have looked for better.
Looked for better? The 'better' managers always go after 1-3 seasons. Mourinho for example if he was in charge and went on to win the UCL for United he would leave as he does for most of the clubs he done it with.
Ferguson and United want long term stability under a manager which I can understand.
I know thats what they want for but I dont agree with it.
i think they would have been better off with Mourinho and hoped to have found a better manager when he leaves.

Mourinho wouldn't go to united. Chelsea are his love affair in England.
