There was more than 150, but I fear thats the end of the chance of getting blue back.
The likes of RedorDead, Pembroke Alan, Bluebird since 1748 etc really have killed it.
Also, Annis and Carl not joining in. I'm sorry, I've read Carl's pro-blue stuff in the press, but he was needed today on the march, not stood outside with a pint in his hand.
Poor show.
25,000 City fans and you single out a few names, well done!
As for me standing outside with a pint, maybe you don't know me that well as I was standing outside the Ninian clapping those who did march today.
I do my bit as you said writing about it in the press, where I believe it gets exposure and maybe just maybe it puts a little pressure on Tan through the medium of newspaper.
I am proud of what I do in the fight for blue and I will continue to do it the way I believe is the right way.
Calling for Tan out is not the way I believe is the correct route to go.

The guy I sit next too in the ground travelled down from the merthyr valley in a minibus, as they past the BU march one of the guys on the bus opened the window and shouted
'Red or Blue we are all still Bluebirds'
The reply from a young BU member was a bottle thrown at the minibus

all the people you mention here plus many many more, have been very open in their pro blue stance and also why they feel unable to support BU. it started as a movement with one simple message.a message we all agreed with.we want blue back. somehow it spiraled into a sort of political party with a need for a manifesto. the fears of most Cardiff fans is BU are now likely to do more harm than good. its been said enough..most of the posts were not anti BU although thats how you choose to see them...generally fans ,just like they wish tan would revert to blue, wished BU would revert to being all about the ONE cause. on a positive, there were thousands decked out in blue in our stadium once again. i hope it continues

From what I seen of that group or "small crowd" as one of the police officers put it, it was a bunch of women people who sounded like children and Dai hunt ..! I'm not pro red or pro blue as some people put it I just love the club and when down the CCs feel like I'm with my second family. But that March was embarrassing,I don't think represented out fans at all

The drunken fool who climbed on the keenor statue pretty much summed up the march

theres a picture on the BU site of a banner with a picture of tan saying dictator tan go home

Yeah seen it all over twitter certainly improves BU's credibility doesn't it?
Drunks climbing over a statue of a huge figure in our history and a big part of our identity absolutely appalling behaviour
Fans abusing other fans
Ashamed is not a strong enough word
The media will swarm over stuff like this puts all Cardiff fans in a bad light

that's exactly why I cannot respect bu, I understand they want blue back like all of us but the way they do things is shocking and yes some will say the people will the banner does not represent the whole bu but they still allowed it and took photos, they can say they aint about getting tan out but its obvious that its all about getting blue back but getting rid of tan aswell, If they succeed in getting tan to sell and leave but what if the new owner doesn't want to revert us back to blue what are they going to do then? and you are right the media will pick up on it and bu will get worse criticism than they do by their own fans

Exactly my feelings mate I've said that all along
Ask Birmingham fans whether they'd like gold and Sullivan to have stayed now? Carson yeung has fucked them right up
Personally I can't see any major invested changing is back if we are sold on, and then what do we do?
Hopefully tan will see the light but I doubt it and as I've always said the trust is the only proper way to have dialogue with him
Wearing as much blue as possible gets better press than any protest we've seen so far

It's a shame that people who want this same thing can't find the way to work together to achieve it. There was no other organised opposition to re-brand but BU.
There was about 300 people at the march and Carl was actually cheering the march by Ninian Pub.

We all choose to do what we want why would anyone want to march to get Tan out when we have just witnessed one of the great days as a city supporter... Get over it for gods sake ... Bluebirds

In a day & age where people sit back & take any shit total respect to anyone who stands up & fight for what they believe in whether you agree in it or not, the backbone has gone from this country.

Chuckles set off on the march but they took a small detour and he got into furious row over it and stormed off.

You really are obsessed.

I've just got in from celebrating a great point.
Anyway. My view -
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=127925
I marched today. I have disagreed with a few things that BU have done, but looked beyond that and went along as I want blue back & wanted to do something to air that view.

the guy with the dictator tan banner is oblivious to how much harm it does to BU. and it seems the organisers can not figure it out either.
its a shame .

I was at the March yesterday and yes I admit our number were low, to low in fact and to me that shows people are starting to stop caring about our colour change and the destruction of our identity. Hopefully when we go there way of Hull and there's the indignity of a name change people will come out in support of the old Cardiff City. As for climbing on the statue, does anyone have pictures of this as I was there and never saw this happeningan and BU strongly condemns any of this kind of action. From the statue around 100 or so of us made our feelings known at the front doors of the club. Whilst there no arrests were made and there wasn't a hint of trouble. No complaints were made to the many police and stewards that were present. I didn't hear anything insulting being said to fellow city fans by the BU supporters apart from a bit of banter which I've always thought was normal at football. Unless of course banter is no longer allowed!! After the game we held a small protest in block 115. During that protest one of our members was hit by an elderly man in a red shirt and in the process of that he also struck a child. Very nice!!! We were also abused and even spat at, this was the only abuse I saw being dished out.

Their was abuse from Bu towards other fans also racist chanting, not surprising really because you've made racist remarks on bu's Facebook page haven't you Joe.
Mon Nov 25, 2013 8:39 am
I am absolutely 100% against any form of racism, I have many friends of all nationalities and races and have stood alongside those nationalities in places like Afghanistan. Nobody can ever accuse me of being racist.

did you shut your eyes inside the stadium........all that blue wasnt people picking blue to wear randomly.
BU numbers have dwindled due to many things .NOT CARING ABOUT BLUE ISNT ONE OF THEM

I was by the front doors when you lot of teenage twats started chanting at those young kids "your only here for united" and let me tell you sunshine, it was not banter. The "ringleader" of them was about 18 with cropped dark blonde hair and was almost foaming at the mouth in anger toward them. It was disgusting and you lot have done nothing but harm to Sian and BU, who started this off with the best of intentions and ruined by nothing me than wannabe hooligans who want a name for themselves.
