Hmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder if Tan does have a plan B ????????
Personally I would be gutted, as Malky has done so well in every aspect of Mangement and seems a perfect fit, can handle the local press and always says the right things, especially with the fans, but as you say Carl, many of our fans are not very forgiving, and some are already moaning about our tactics.....
There's nobody out there who would do a better job than Malky
How do you know?

I can think of many answers; each of which you will have an opinion on to suit the fact that you made yet another stupid and ill-considered statement, so there is no point. However, if you had asked "Who do you think could advance us if Malky were to go?" I may just have given you a legitimate answer![]()
You are a smart-arse, JonCCFC; but that doesn't make you intelligent; just a smart-arse!![]()
Try thinking up some responses that are legitimately your own and we'll debate further

The subject was 'how would the fans react, if we only took a point or two out of the next 4 games and Malky was sacked'.
I believe that if we lost to Man Utd and Arsenal and only got a point against both Stoke and Palace and Malky was sacked the fans would go mental.
I think Malky Mackay is in the hearts of the vast majority of City fans and even a run of 5 games without a win would not be enough of reason to get rid of him.
His two full seasons have had a measure of success about them and so far this season we are doing as well as many had hoped so I believe Malky has the support of the fans on his side even if we did hit a bad patch.
What do you think, should we go on a winless run of 4-5 games, how would the City fans react?

Can't see who we could get who would be better, I think Malky will go on to bigger and better things in the future, and will be regarded as one of Britain's top managers. His tactics may be a bit negative at the minute, but he is working with what he has right now, and his number one priority is avoiding the bottom three. Hopefully he will succeed, and build on that next season. Needs to get us established to attract bigger and better players, but may need a bit of time yet.

Of these final TEN home games to come, only TWO are against teams currently in the top half (Liverpool & Chelsea).
TV pundits have been saying how well Hull have been doing (only TWO points above us), but their home fixture set up has been totally opposite to ours as they have not played a SINGLE home hame yet against a side in the top half (Palace at home tomorrow).
That's why I think it would be so unfair to sack Malkey before the end of the season.
Come on let's show the world how well we can get behind our team.

im afraid thats how football works.got to say though ,in this case be difficult to get credit for malkys work unless a new manager parked the bus every game as well.
That is a really great point, good post![]()
Wouldn't be surprised now if it happens and the new guy would get all the credit.............

Fella, I think you are correct; although on the 'flip' side there will also be those wishing Malky gone solely to further sharpen the knives already out for Tan
Seems no-one can win at the moment, which is sad for Cardiff City FC and its genuine fans who are being drowned out by lunatics on all sides of the equation![]()
It's one thing to have a view on what is going on, but something completely different to be so hell bent on achieving something (in this case the removal of Tan) without a genuinely viable alternative that guarantees the future prosperity and viability of our beloved club

Sven have you lost the plot or something? My reply was merely giving an opinion on how we would react. How you manage to turn this into that we want Malky out to get Tan out is more of a reflection of your skewed perspective than mine. You are getting stranger by the day.

In the meantime, can I suggest you get to bed early, so you can set your alarm to remind yourself (unlike last time remember) that there is a actually a negative-publicity generating BU march on and they need your personal support
I say your personal support, of course, as they can rely on you to keep "on message" (even though neither you or they know what that 'message' is themselves) with your now regular chant of "Yeah, whatever he said..."
Perfect for you, my unintellectual friend, as it doesn't involve ANY thinking at all! Happy days!
