That I would never change, that my children will be Blue and I will continue to fight for it back, Tan replied in a joking manner " I see u are a True Blue. Late on Tan said, there will be a red revellution in your house." But on a serious not he said " perhaps we can talk more about this in the future," he never did. Tan continued walking around calling his aids to make sure all the badges of the past were removed ASAP.

We switched to red to tap into the Asian market and generate additional interest from Malaysia, as they won't buy the "unlucky" blue shirts there, they will only buy the "lucky" red shirts! This was Tan's vision...and what a load of bollocks it all was!!

This logo is a complete and utter disaster for Tan!!

I don't think Tan ever said it was to sell shirt, and I can't believe anyone honestly believe it was.

tbh luke if vinny tan told me it was raining i,d stick me head out the window to check before i believed him.my own view is it is his own supersitous nonsense combined with his over inflated ego that drove him to change colours.it has been wrapped up in a shirt selling/marketing blanket though to give it (or try to)credability.im pretty sure the malyasian national team play in blue.yellow and white.from a malaysian prespective surely having the same colours would be a good starting point to raise interest?the word marketing can be used to cover a wide range of things.shirts are part of it but just one part of marketing.
